I absolutely love my media wall!🤩
Thank you Guys!🙏🏽
The workmanship between James, Paul and their team, was excellent from the beginning to the end.
They were very helpful, cooperative, patient and polite. They listened and fulfilled to my expectations. They completed the job with great perfection and to my satisfaction!
Really pleased!
Thank you very much Paul.
Great service 👍🏼
Highly recommend 👌🏽
I am pleased with the quality of the media wall installed in my home; however, we noticed an issue with the installation a few weeks later. Although we notified James, we were informed that we would be required to pay an additional fee to rectify the problem, which led us to feel that customer satisfaction was not prioritized, other than that, excellent job.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you’re pleased with the quality of your media wall and the overall installation.
However, we’re sorry to hear about the issue that arose afterwards and understand your disappointment regarding the additional charge to rectify it. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we apologise if this experience left you feeling otherwise.
You initially brought an issue to our attention 31 days later that your eyesight was effected by the installation and you wanted it rectifying by putting it back 30mm, upon making the final payment this was not raised and therefore had no idea about the issue.
After the discussion regarding your eyesight, you then went onto say the gap behind the TV was to big, however this again wasn't noted until 31 days later.
We have tried to rectify the issue by offering to come out and put it back 30mm, however due to the company being extremely busy due to Christmas, the next available day would be 3rd December.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will take your comments on board to help us improve our service. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing us.

Paul and the team were excellent start to finish. Came round to measure and go through his options and provided expert advice on fireplaces and and design options. Booked a date and we're here half 8 in the morning, had the whole thing done by 3. Paul then provided the plasterer as part of package who came and did a professional job. Excellent pricing and quality.
