Thank you for your assistance. I contacted you immediately and promptly took action by writing to TFL that deleted my PHV license by error. Within three days, the issue was resolved, and I was able to resume my work. I strongly encourage other Uber, Bolt, drivers to join the platform, as it provides a safety net and constant communication through calls. Thank you again for your support.

I just want to say a big thank you to ADCU union for all the help and support they’ve given me over the years. They’ve been there for me on several occasions—most recently when I had an issue with TFL for my PCO license—and every time, they’ve handled things with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
