Very bad experience. The product quality is low and does not match the pictures on the website.

Customer service did not take responsibility and made me pay all shipping and return costs. Despite my request, they did not share the return address in Germany (I am based in France) and suggested returning the item to China instead.

After repeated insistence, they finally provided a return address in Germany once they realized I would return the product no matter what.

Given the price of the watch (€80) and the return cost (€40), this seems like a tactic to discourage returns.

Lack of honesty and poor customer service. Avoid.

Delivery was quick and hassle-free. The watch is really good.

Overall experience was amazing. However, there is still some room for improvement.

It needs to have a payment option for India. Also, it needs to have service centers in India. It needs to share the invoice in the customer's origin country currency.

​I received the Addiesdive Seamaster as a birthday gift, so while I cannot speak to the purchasing or delivery experience, I can speak directly to the watch’s build quality and the subsequent customer service.

My initial impression was that the bracelet felt cheap and made the watch sit awkwardly on the wrist. Given the accessible price point, however, I was willing to overlook this and simply replace it with an aftermarket strap.

What I cannot overlook, however, is a clear manufacturing defect: upon closer inspection, the glass crystal is visibly lopsided and does not sit flat against the case. It looks aesthetically poor and speaks to very shoddy quality control.

When I reached out to Addiesdive support, I was shocked to be told that a crooked crystal is "normal." They refused to cover return shipping for a replacement, dismissing a clear alignment fault as a matter of "personal preference." No customer—or watch enthusiast—should be expected to accept misaligned glass as standard.

​As a budding watch enthusiast, this experience has completely turned me off the brand. I will not be purchasing from Addiesdive in the future, nor can I recommend them to anyone else.

I am very satisfied by the product and service.

I got my watch within 10 days, which is impressive.
The watch is just like pictures on the site.
It is a very qualitative product.

I will definetely by more watches and recommend.

Bought a preowned watch from the addiesdivewatches.com site and received a completely dead watch.
Reached out to customer service and after a week I was promised a discount voucher, the voucher I received did not work.
When I reached out to them yet again, they told me that the voucher could only be used once, but I never used it.
So, i'm left with a dead, useless watch.
Mind you, this has been going on for months

This is my 6th personal Addiesdive watch. And 8th overall, i got few for my family members too.

Anyways, the designs are spectacular, mechanism and parts A grade. The India warehouse is amazing, they deliver fast.

Recently I got my order misplaced, i sent a query, they offered me resolution within a span of 12 hours and some extra goodies as well.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. What more could a watch enthusiast ask for?

They not only kept their promise but went the extra mile to ensure everything was right. It's this kind of commitment that turns a purchase into a lasting relationship. Kudos to the team!!!!

I have several Addiesdive watches and I am happy with all of them. My latest addition is a beautiful watch - the AD2529. It arrived yesterday - it looks great and is very comfortable on the rubber strap. Addiesdive Customer Service were excellent to deal with. There was a slight problem with the original shipment, but Addiesdive resolved it immediately. I strongly recommend Addiesdive!

At first I was very dicey, as I was ordering internationally, and the response time of the support team was also not on point. But the watch was delivered within 15 days.
And secondly and most importantly, the watch, it’s phenomenal in hand, in quality, everything is on point, crisp and clear. You can never expect this quality at this price point.

I thought I had a problem, but it was me. Addiesdive quickly responded to my email and helped me with my phantom problem. They are awesome and the watch is beautiful. I also accidentally ordered the wrong color watch and they shipped the correct one because of how quickly they respond.

Great time getting a timepiece from them. Smooth experience.

I ordered a AW25902,in pink, for a special lady friend. Package showed up in good time but one end had been opened and taped back shut. NO watch inside. This hit like the cold kiss of a wet fist. WTH! Contacted Addies, gave them info and replacement showed up quickly. Even more reason to increase my collection passed a dozen purchases. Product, 10 out of 10. Customer service, 10 out of 10. I will be ordering more...

Hola amigos tengo 2 relojes modelo H3QZ de cuarzo que me encantaban, pero a uno de ellos se le ha roto la junta tórica del tubo de la caja, la que sella la corona roscada (de medidas 4,40 x 5,60 x 0,60 mm) contacté con el servicio técnico de Addiesdive, les expliqué mi problema y les envié fotografías; me hicieron que comprara una corona para un modelo diferente la del MY-H3AC (la de mi modelo no la tenían) al hacer el pedido les volví a repetir el modelo de mi reloj y que lo que necesitaba era sólo la junta tórica, además les pasé el nº de pedido como me habían indicado que hiciera, para ellos encargarse del tema. Hace 2 días recibí el paquete con 2 coronas de otro modelo que no me sirven para nada y NINGUNA JUNTA TÓRICA! Me gasté 20 $ para nada y además no me responden ya a mis mensajes. Comprended que me sienta engañado y muy enfadado con la marca. Escribo todo esto para que sepáis como se las gasta esta marca Addiesdive a la hora de tener algún problema con sus relojes y si por casualidad alguno que lo lea me pueda orientar donde comprar esta dichosa junta porque me ha sido imposible encontrarla por internet ya que las medidas no son estándar
