I am currently looking for a job, and Adecco has been incredibly helpful throughout the process especially Alison. She has supported me every step of the way and has been very involved, which made the experience feel personal and reassuring. I would definitely recommend contacting them if you are currently searching for a job. It’s rare to find agencies that are this engaged and genuinely care about each individual’s goals and journey toward finding the right role.

I have just accepted my 2nd assignment from addeco northumberland branch ...Anna is an absolute star and did her best to find me a suitable job close to home and with a 40hr week (minimum 12 weeks to a perm contract) with training...in todays global meltdown its difficult to find emoyment that is secure and well paid..anna knows your a grafter she will find you a suitable job..cant fault this agency or its staff..top marks and i reccomrnd you try addeco if you havent already

I had a very positive experience working with Adecco(Romford Branch)
The agency was professional and always supportive throughout my assignment.
Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt guided and valued.
In particular, I appreciated the availability of my line manager, Billy who was always helpful and responsive.
I would definitely recommend Adecco to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency.

Lies and Threats from Adecco employee
We recently came into contact with an employee of Adecco, a Hub Manager covering Birmingham, Coventry & the Black Country. We found him to be untrustworthy, a liar and a bully. We were threatened by him via an email address at Adecco with libelous reviews about our services. I pity anyone that comes into contact with this guy. We will be lodging a formal complaint with Adecco.

They favour the client and will not…
They favour the client and will not help you if you have issues with their clients.
They take forever to get back to you and are not interested in helping if you have issues.
Update: nothing has changed in how they handle things, they do not care especially the Aftercare team: L&C they know who they are. They are in the pocket of the client.

I was contacted out of the blue by a recruiter called Ben Sapsford from Adecco about a job opportunity.
I made it clear that I needed time to speak to someone else, which I did, and asked to be kept updated on what was happening. After that—nothing. No follow-up, no update, no feedback. This appears to be a recurring pattern with Adecco.
They regularly call about so-called “opportunities” that never materialise, and once you engage, communication completely drops off. Emails, calls, and texts go unanswered. It’s incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time for people who are actively looking for work.
There is no respect shown to candidates, no basic communication, and no accountability. From my experience, the focus seems to be on billing clients rather than genuinely placing people into real roles.
I would strongly prefer not to be contacted again unless there is a genuine, serious job opportunity with proper follow-through. If you’re not serious about helping people into work, don’t call them in the first place.
I’m aware that naming individuals can seem pedantic, but with Adecco this behaviour is consistent, and this is far from the first time I’ve experienced it.
Very poor service overall.

My fiance got a temp job with Adecco. It has been one problem after another with them. The forms he had to fill in wouldn't let him past the student loan question. He was told it was fixed but it wasn't and they've taken money for a student loan he doesn't have which he has to contact HMRC to get back and they won't cancel the deduction for his next lots of wages. The advert very clearly said he would get two weeks paid leave over Christmas but that was a lie so he won't be paid whilst the company shuts down.We are getting married the week before Christmas so money was already tight and they've told him they can't find him any work for those two weeks. Incidentally, the misleading ad is still up on CV Library and the staff are blaming a predecessor for the wording. He's been treated shamefully and they haven't apologised once. They have ruined our wedding and our Christmas because now we are so worried about making ends meet thanks to them. I'm absolutely disgusted that they have treated him this way. Do not use this branch, they will treat you as less than human and have absolutely no shame about it.

Adecco has facilitated the current job…
Adecco has facilitated the current job position I am in but all thanks goes to Clare Read, she is such a wonderful person so patient and understanding goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered; also I can't forget the help that Laura gave she was so helpful again really going above and beyond keeping me updated at every point so at no point was I wondering what was happening next. I would definitely refer my friends and family looking for work to Adecco.

I'm over Adecco they promise that they…
I'm over Adecco they promise that they will find you work after the Temp job has finished but they do not.
You need to call them or email them loads of times.
Their website has the same repetitive job over and over again. Why do they post the same job more than once?
And if it is different how can you tell when the job description in non existent you do not know what you are even applying for. And for Temp jobs I have no idea why you have to do 3 interviews for a call agent position. One by phone One on virtual again with Adecco than with the people that would hire you. For a Temp role lol. The entire experience has just been bad and I do not think I would ever use this bad company again.
They will most likely reply to this message and it would be something like this...
Hi , thank you for taking the time to complete a review. With your permission, we’d like to look into this for you. Can we request that you reach out to us at your earliest convenience by contacting our team via headoffice. Thank you.
No thank you I will not reply to that email address since nobody will even respond to that email either!
