ADS has good quality products and they deliver fast. I don't need to leave my desk to get all our stationery.

My orders have always had instructions attached,
to call at least 30 minutes prior to delivery.
This does not get received by driver or followed.
Making the delivery a hit and miss situation.

Items were noted as delivered, however, items were missing. A second order was left on that site that should have been delivered to a different site. Improvement required. Your team have been notified.

Hi, the last 2 boxes of 3 ply docket rolls have been substandard. The printing on the yellow triplicate is barely readable.
