The support team kept me updated even when a few changes hade to be made.
There friendly professional team on delivery was very experienced and assembled my beautiful new bed in a flash.
It was refreshing to purchase a bed actually made in Great Britain.

Paid for a mattress and recycling of…
Paid for a mattress and recycling of old one. Driver came and refused to take my old one saying he was not told to take it. Showed my receipt that I'd paid was told sorry doesn't matter and since have had zero reply after many attempts to reach them. Basically just took my money. In dispute currently

Ordering mattress and using site was…
Ordering mattress and using site was fine sadly when they delivered it, it was not the mattress I ordered and did not resemble the photograph on the website. Rang them up to collect it which they did a few days later. Took a while for refund to go back on my bank card though did eventually customer service was fine, though it was all a bit inconvenient, hence the star ratings.

Ordered a new divan bed on Sunday night, delivered the following Thursday. Received a message of time of delivery for the next day and arrived at the agreed time. Delivery drivers spot on. Bed well packaged and really good quality. Didn't pay for the bed assembly as it's a doodle to put together. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, my experience with Adeline Waters was outstanding! The team was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Delivery was prompt and handled with great care. The bed looks stunning beautifully made, sturdy, and elegant in every detail.
The mattress is pure comfort! It’s supportive, soft in all the right places, and has completely transformed my sleep. I’ve never slept this well every night feels like a luxury hotel experience.
I can’t recommend Adeline Waters highly enough excellent quality, exceptional service, and fantastic value for money. If you’re looking for a beautiful bed and a truly comfortable mattress, this is the company to go with!

That they speak English
The delivery team arrived with notice, though it took them five minutes to understand simple directions — a language barrier made communication difficult, and we did our best to be patient.
Despite the fact I’d prepaid £50 for assembly, they asked if I wanted it assembled. Not exactly reassuring.
But the real issue came after they left. We found shards of glass scattered across the floor and windowsill — in a room my child frequently uses. After searching, we discovered the broken remains of a glass lamp hidden inside my clothes rail. No apology, no explanation.
That lamp was a sentimental gift from my foster mum. The fact that they broke it and concealed it is not just dishonest — it’s deeply upsetting.
The whole experience was reckless, dishonest, and completely lacking in accountability.
That said… the bed is stunning. Genuinely beautiful. It’s just a shame it was delivered in the was because as much as I love the product, the experience has unfortunately put me off ever using this company again.

We are very concerned to read your comments regarding the delivery, communication issues, and especially your report of broken glass being left in the room. This is not acceptable and falls far below the standards we expect from any delivery service working on our behalf.
We also apologise for the confusion around the assembly service you had prepaid for, as well as the lack of clarity and reassurance at the time of delivery. This will be investigated urgently with our delivery partners.
While we are pleased to hear you are happy with the bed itself, we are very sorry that the delivery experience has overshadowed this. Your comments have been escalated and will be taken extremely seriously.
If you are willing, please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can look into this in full and ensure it is properly addressed.

Super matress, good customer service keeping us informed of delivery arrangements, but 5.45am to early for delivery. 7am onwards would have been more suitable.
