Darren was exemplary in helping with our BTL HMO application to add to our portfolio. One of the really valuable things was how contactable they are - in any application (we have secured BTL mortgages and bridging finance through them) they have always responded the same day by email and answer the phone straight away. Buying property is very stressful... this ability to get in touch with them eases that. We did have a previous broker but have found Adept to have a much deeper knowledge and insight of BTL/Bridging finance. We could not recommend Adept highly enough !!!
