Bought 4 stainless steel shelves from them delivered next day so far so good opened and put two up went to open next 2 one had bracket missing and one bracket had holes in wrong place and did not fit.Complained next day to customer services sent pictures of one with wrong holes, easy fix I thought just send 2 new brackets

Would give them zero if it was possible. My order was only partially delivered. I waited two weeks for the second part of the order. I followed up multiple times - no customer service number. Only online forms or chat. Same blanket responses and unfortunately, down right lies just to avoid resolving the situation. The transport company updated that they had not in fact attempted to be in touch even once, despite telling me 7 times that they were in touch with the transport company waiting for an update. This was completely untrue. Then finally when I logged the complaint and got the transport company to do the same, lo and behold the item was suddenly 'lost' with no stock to replace. Has ruined a small community project where we have taken out a wall to accommodate this item. To be lied to for weeks, only for them to be exposed by the delivery company to be chatting absolute nonsense the wheel time. Terrible company, terrible customer service.
Diabolical customer service! Just don’t waste your time
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the level of customer service I have received.
The microwave I purchased turned out to be faulty shortly after use, which is unacceptable for a product that is expected to be reliable and safe. What’s even more frustrating is the experience I’ve had trying to resolve this issue.
Customer service has been very poor. Responses to my emails have been slow and inconsistent, with long waiting times that have only added to the inconvenience. When you’re dealing with a faulty appliance, timely support is essential, and that has simply not been provided.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected better quality from the product and far more professionalism and efficiency from customer support. I would not recommend based on this experience.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I purchased 2 items from this company. Both have not materialised despite been in the delivery van for days. Tried to communicate with Adexa and they have refunded 1 saying it was damaged in transit. The other items has been in the delivery van for 3 days. Adexa keep sending me a tracking link that doesn’t work and state it is out for delivery. Asked for a refund and completely ignored. I would recommend to avoid at all costs.

We purchased an item which was on sale. We were advised of the wrong delivery date - it was a large item so required someone to be home. When it arrived it was damaged (we weren't given the option to refuse it) so I emailed for a collection and replacement. Instead I received a series of emails asking if I would accept a discount to keep the item which was very frustrating, each time I refused and asked for a collection. This took a couple of weeks and countless emails and form completion. Eventually we were notified that the replacement item was going to be delivered, so we stayed home for another day. It didn't materialise. I contacted the courier company, they said that Adexa are responsible for the error - I contacted Adexa who eventually confirmed that there wasn't going to be a delivery and the item was out of stock. It's clear the sale item was damaged and they just wanted to get rid of it, offering a discount to keep it. This is mis-selling let alone the days we lost waiting in for a non-delivery. Just avoid this company.

DO NOT USE AVOID. ordered a Kamado grill 13 which arrived 10/04/26 after chasing the shippers for 2 days. Absolutely smashed to pieces, immediately reported back and pictures sent. 17/04/26 after a battle and waiting in chat room for a week I have no information when a replacement will be sent. I just want a refund now and dump this terrible company. They are a disaster.

Very disappointed I’m still waiting for my order paid £322 for a donner machine and over two weeks don’t know yet they sent it or not contacted DPD they said I need to contact to them directly but they chat and you have to wait hours to reply and still not clear what’s going on with my order. I will not be ordering from Adexa again
I ordered many times from Adexa when starting my business as their prices are competitive and sometimes their products come on time. Every time I have ordered something it is because it says it is "In stock" for next day delivery. There is never any communication if the item is not going to be delivered next day. It is very hard to speak to anyone in customer services. Noone ever picks up the phone and often the online chat goes unanswered. When I have emailed customer services the response is "we will look into this it may take 72hrs" so I have waited the 72hrs with no communication from them. Then when trying to get an answer on whether the items are in stock and when they might be delivered, no explanation has been given. I emailed each day for an update- I think a step most customers was feel is reasonable. I was told to stop emailing as the investigation would take longer than expected (no time frame was given). After more than a week of no communication on the whereabouts of my products I issued a dispute with my credit card company who sought out the refund. Adexa refunded the products that didn't arrive. They did not refund my next day delivery charge. Clearly have no regard for other businesses. I do not recommend and I will not be purchasing from Adexa again.

The only improvement I feel would be to add ribbing on the inside of the black base as if they get stacked together by mistake they suction together and can be a right pain to pull apart.
