On the website it states the customer service team can be called 09:00 - 17:00 NZ time Monday to Friday. Each time I call, within these times it states the office is closed e.g. I have just called at 09:47 on a Thursday which is a working day and it is closed.
I tried to send an email through the online form and there are two issues.
One: there is a bug in Order Number field so I have to enter my order number twice as the focus is lost the first time you enter it, when the first character is inputted.
Once I submitted the form then I was taken to an error page stating I need authorisation from force.com so I doubt the feedback even got to them which is ironic as the feedback was how bad their customer experience was.
How am I meant to return anything if I cannot get hold of anyone?
Why do you have to call the customer service team to return anyway? This is not a normal practice.

Adidas shop is new market not even deserve a start, it's negative if I can do that.
It offered me a worst shopping experience in NZ, they have different standards for same condition of same model shoes, one can be exchanged but the other can't. They don't listen to you and it must be customer’s fault. !!!!!!!!!NO MORE Adidas in my life !!!!!!!! I like to share this awful experience with anyone so please go somewhere else for the new shoes, leave them alone.
Items never delivered.
I've placed two orders with adidas.co.nz, the first order was never delivered, even-though Toll signed for it.. so I was eventually refunded. The second order was supposedly sent to my office, where adidas forgot to include the name of the business. Toll then signed for the delivery and returned it to their warehouse. Still waiting for the items to be redelivered..
Awful customer service, never reply to emails and don’t process refunds
Awful customer service. Still waiting on a refund for a pair of shoes that I returned two months ago, that starting to disintegrate the first day I wore them. They never reply to emails and while the customer service reps over the phone certainly sound like they are trying to be helpful, they are yet to get my refund claim sorted. I’m about to make the fifth round of phone calls and emails to get my refund - because at the moment they have done is taken my money and run. Avoid this website at all costs unless you want to be left with a defective product or out of pocket.

Had no problem in returning my shoes …
Had no problem in returning my shoes (by mistake I ordered 2 sizes too small), received back my money in just around a week.
Bad experience
I made an mistake when ordering the bigger size than mine and called to the call center for return. They instructed me to fill the authorisation number in return form and told me that the carrier would come and collected the box. It is six days since I made request for return and no one has come and no one has contacted. I am still waiting. The return service is very inconvenient. It is disappointed for a company like that.
