Attended the CCL & Standards Check workshop in Elgin on 18th March.
I have attended a couple of other workshops covering these topics and by far this was the best one.
Mick & Lee were excellent and presented the information in an easily understandable format.

I Attended Mick & Lees Knowledgeablee Instructor Training workshop yesterday in Glasgow, with a few friends (ADI’s) Robert & Gordon.
The course was overall excellent and I would highly recommend these guys if you have a PART 3 or SC coming up. THEY WON AN AWARD ALSO!

Psychomotor, Cognitive, Affective!

Both Mick and Lee are passionate about their job by helping others achieve their own successes.

So, I have only been a qualified ADI since June last year, but have always done CPD wherever I have worked. I booked the course to further my knowledge and gain a different perspective on what I had been taught. The course makes you think, I mean really think, and for me I had a light bulb moment and realised that my training to be an ADI was outdated, and very linear with very little scope to use CCL. This course has sort of reprogrammed my way of thinking and delivering lessons. My first lesson the next day was awesome for the pupil and me, then the second went the same way, just by implementing the information I got from the course. If you are a PDI get on this course, if you are an ADI regardless of how long for, get on this course. This is the bit that is missing from the PDI training syllabus. I learned more in one day than I did in all of the hours sat with my trainer.

Fantastic course. Great materials and insight. Highly recommend. Please come back to Scotland.

Was on this course yesterday, absolutely loved it. You know when ‘the penny drops’? I had this yesterday. The way Lee and Mick delivered this course was spot on. There was a lot of information but very well presented and easy to absorb. I will be booking on to another one. Thanks guys 👍

I attended Mick and Lee’s CCL and SC workshop in Elgin. After attending multiple CCL courses over the years, today’s course is at the top as the best!
The guys were great, knowledgeable and informative. Their approach to delivering the course was perfect for me.
Looking forward to doing more training courses with them in the future! I would highly recommend that any ADIs or PDIs to get on one of KIT’s courses! CPD at its best! They won’t disappoint! Thanks lads!

I did the skills for coaching course with Lee.
Lee is very knowledgeable and delivers information in an entertaining and relatable way.
The course itself was very interactive and I’d highly recommend to any driving instructor looking to improve their lessons

Lee was very knowledgeable and informative in the Skills for Coaching workshop. I learnt so much with regards to coaching/instructing and the benefits of both as well as theories/methods from previous studies of how we learn as an adult. I will definitely be utilising this in my lessons. I also recommend this course to anyone teaching people to drive.

I attended the Liverpool CCL workshop and can’t recommend it enough. Mick & Lee know exactly what they’re doing and I now have the confidence and skill to best help my students.

Attended the Liverpool standards check workshop today, as a PDI I feel I’ve been given the framework to maximise a pupils learning and create a safe driver, not only that I now understand the GDE matrix and what the competencies mean and how they are linked. It’s easy to see why Mick and Lee are award winning trainers! Thank you.

Attended the SC/Part 3 course. Always good do CPD to keep up to date on knowledge and what is expected when you get called for an SC.
Great course content delivered in a way you can understand and good to interact with other instructors.
Nice to finally meet Lee and Mick as well.

Great experience covered a lot of important topics in detail and in an easy to understand way. I would highly recommend this course.

In Car training day with Mick
Excellent day which provided a lot of helpful feedback on a pupils lesson, we worked on all the areas highlighted and I went away with a much better understanding of what I need to work on and what is required to pass the part 3, I just have to put that into practice now. I would definitely recommend the in car training day, and after seeking a lot of additional training this was by far the most helpful so far.

I attended the in person CCL and SC / part 3 course which I highly recommend - go if you get the chance!
I really liked the balance between the CCL and core competences of the SC /part 3 giving a real focus on the person being trained in car.

Excellent online course with Mick & Lee. Essential CPD no matter if you’re a PDI or ADI. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to join them in-person at one of their workshops ✌🏼

Attended an in-person workshop today with Mick and Lee. Great content, plenty learnt. I'm a PDI so found this really beneficial, if I was an ADI I believe I would have found it just as beneficial in different ways. It was also great to be in a room with other PDI's and ADI's from my area.
I would certainly book in again on a workshop to better my knowledge in specific areas. 👍👍👍

Great day with Mick and Lee, learning all about how part 3 and SC is run and what the examiners are looking for - client centred approach - a top down approach GDE matrix.
Answered all questions, explained everything in detail.

Very good course. Learnt lots of useful things regarding client centred learning.
I tried these techniques on my first lesson today and was pop pleasantly surprised by the results. I’m looking forward to continuing my future lessons with a fresh approach

After receiving previous training from a national company I can confirm that there training doesn't come close to that provided by Mick and Lee at K.I.T

The skills I took from yesterday I've already implemented in today's lessons and I've got to say it really has made a difference already.
CCL really does work and after yesterday I 100% get it and I've seen first hand it works.
I will definitely be using K.I.T again and I'll also be seeking 1 on 1 development with Mick or Lee.
Invest in yourself and keep improving.

After 16 years of driving coaching and instruction I still learnt new skills and knowledge to be able to apply to my driving lessons. Trainers are highly knowledgeable and approachable to ask questions. Highly recommended and would use their services again.
