Everyone we spoke to were knowledgeable, even if not experts in the destination we had chosen. The holiday was designed to a very specific brief of ours and any wrinkles were soon ironed out. Staff could not have been any more accommodating and certainly have gone the extra mile to make this the trip of a lifetime for us.
Friendly and quick to get the quotes. Competitive prices with added extras such as half board and good room category. Would recommended!

I wish I could give this company negative stars. Completely unacceptable service. I booked a holiday to Dubai last year, paid my deposit, and then received no confirmation or follow-up at all.
I have spent months chasing them through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp, only to be consistently ignored. With my trip just a week away, I am now left scrambling and considering legal action.
This is a clear failure to deliver the service agreed, and I will be pursuing my rights under UK consumer law for a refund and compensation.
Based on my experience, I would strongly question the reliability of their positive reviews. Avoid this company at all costs.
After using Adored Holidays several times, having a great relationship with them, recommending them time and time again, I am shocked to find out the parent company changed its name in Nov25 and they failed to renew their ATOL license in Dec25! We paid our balance in Jan26! £18k!!! ! Was not aware of this situation at all. Unfortunately our holiday had to be cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. We have tried to persue a refund under the Package Travel Act 2018 however this has been unsuccessful. Adored Holidays have gone quiet ( as expected ) I luckily paid in full with Amex and today Amex have confirmed a full refund under section 75 / chargeback. To sum up, just Avoid them! I’ve lost all trust in them which is a shame!

I’ve used this company before for trips to the UAE and they were genuinely brilliant, which is why I came back again. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite.
The person I originally dealt with is no longer there, and since then the service has fallen apart. I received an email saying my holiday had been cancelled, which obviously caused concern but with the ongoing war in the UAE understandable. When I chased it up, I was then told it hadn’t been cancelled and that my balance was still due. Since then, I’ve been left completely in the dark.
I’ve sent multiple emails, WhatsApp’s and phone calls, trying to get a clear answer on what’s actually going on, and I’ve basically been ignored. No clarity, no reassurance—nothing. For a booking that involves a significant amount of money (£7000+) this level of communication is completely unacceptable.
What should have been an exciting trip has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. It honestly feels like a complete shambles compared to the professional service I received before.
Really disappointing, and based on this experience, I would never use them again!!!!
We have just come back from our bi-annual holiday, this time, we went to the Seychelles.
We've being using Adored Holidays for 10 years and always received great holidays. Their service is very good from booking the holiday itself and to our arrival, we always receive call from Peter for our feedback, they demonstrate genuine care and interest in our experience.
They always go above and beyond.
I would give zero if possible,
we booked Dubai in June 2025 at a cost of 9k for a week in march 26 only to find out after the holiday was cancelled that in September 25 they had lost the atol protection and then had the front to asked for the balance in January 26 of 5.5k even though they never even booked our hotel or flights for us , my only advise off them was claim on your insurance and are now ignoring all correspondence from me , so I’m now going legal to try and recoup my money, please stay away from these they are very corrupt .
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent experience with Adored holidays and 360 Travel Group. After booking a holiday in early July and paying the full balance in October, we arrived at our destination only to find our hotel booking had been canceled without notice 7 days prior. This left us no choice but to incur an additional £5k in expenses for accommodation.
We found out later that the hotel booking had been made via Expedia which is not covered under your travel insurance.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I have not received any response from this company. Consequently, my bank is in the process of reclaiming the funds, and I am now pursuing legal action due to the extra costs incurred.
I urge you to be cautious when dealing with Adored holidays and 360 Travel Group or any other associated companies.
Be very carful. They operated from different dummy companies. 360 travel Group has been removed from the ATOL list. This belongs to them and part of U Select Travel Management Limited.

We booked a holiday with Adored Holidays early October 25, they were really attentive and appeared trustworthy. In late October we paid the full balance of the holiday to 360 Travel Group so we were able to pre book our airline seat, at this time we could see the booking in our names and booked our seats on the airline. We heard nothing from the company until a couple of weeks ago, prior to the Middle East conflict had even began and so has nothing to do with their weak and pointless reply (we were due to fly Early March). We were told 360 had failed to pay the money for the holiday and we would have to claim it back on the credit card. We contacted the airline who told us the holiday had been cancelled the week after we pre booked our airline seats in October 2025!!!
To say this has been a stressful time is an understatement, the CC company has been amazing but we have still lost money because of trips we had booked at the resort.
To say this company is awful is an understatement. I would not trust my booking, money or custom with this terrible sham of a company - I stand by my review. No offer of a refund and no explanation where our money went to. To this day- No confirmation they had cancelled it 4 months earlier and pocketed our money. No customer service after they have your money. Avoid at all costs.

Just back from the most amazing holiday at Siyam world in the Maldives booked via Chris at Adored Holidays who was so helpful called me within seconds if I’d WhatsApp him a question and saved me £200 by advising me not to pre book seats as the airline would put us as a family together which they did.

Chris was very informative booking our trip to Dubai his recommendation Royal Meriden was spot on glad we listened already looking to return next year when Chris can find the best deal also saved us in excess of £1000.00 quoted by competitors great service.
From the start to finish Chris was amazing at dealing with our trip to Dubai for a wedding. Chris done all the hard work so we didn’t have too. Chris provided everything we needed and was always available if we had any questions.

I just love their selection of luxury resorts, yes, they might be little more then other travel agents, but small price for piece of mind. Also, personally, I think its great value for money for such a high-end product. The holiday was absolutely fantastic. These guys know their stuff.
I am extremely disappointed and concerned about my experience with this company.
After making payment, I discovered that they are not ATOL protected. Even more worrying, I later found information showing that they reportedly lost their licence months ago, yet they are still actively advertising and selling holidays. This is completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, highly misleading.
Customers trust travel companies to be properly licensed and financially protected. Had I known the true situation beforehand, I would never have booked with them.
I strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to thoroughly check their ATOL status and licensing before making any payment. Transparency and consumer protection should be the bare minimum in this industry.
