Adria Solutions acted fantastically throughout the recruitment process. Following an application on Totaljobs 3 weeks ago, Nick, the director of Adria, rung me the following day to coordinate activities involved in the application process. Shortly after, Nick had organised an interview on my behalf with new company. Following a successful interview, he also rang to check on how it had gone. This process was repeated for a second interview, which was organised in person at my request.

At every step Nick got in contact over the phone to ensure things were going well and were moving in the right direction. Finally when the job offer came he negotiated my salary and got what I was expecting out of the role.

I would recommend Adria Solutions looking for a role, particularly in technology.

I dealt with Stuart McGill regarding a Business Analysis role that was available that he thought I may be interested in. I am pleased to say that after applying I was successful in securing the role. I have to say that the level of engagement from Stuart was excellent throughout the process. He contacted before and after the interviews to provide guidance and ensure that I was prepared and understood the format. Even after accepting the role, he was in touch to check on that things were ok and whether I needed any assistance transitioning to the new role.

Stuart McGill contacted me about a job prospect and he was excellent throughout. He regularly updated me on the progress and was incredibly supportive with each stage. As a result I was successful in getting an offer for a new role.

Advised on my salary expectations 3 times and each time this was ignored. Their client also write into the employment contract that I was liable for the recruitment fees should I terminate my employment within 12 months. When publishing a previous review on this I was contacted to ask to retract it under the premise that the terms in the contract wouldn't be enforced. They were and deductions were made from my final wage.

Had Nick been interested, I would have sent him photographs of the letters I'd received and forwarded the emails they have sent me. But he's not interested. He'd rather attempt to gaslight me into thinking we didn't have a conversation where he suggested that particular clause wouldn't be enforced. Thus making this review perfectly just.

Fantastic support provided by Nick. Constant communication via phone and email. Calls occasionally felt rushed however that didn't cause any issues. Name was spelt incorrectly on several emails.
