I cannot recommend them highly enough
After having our fingers burnt using a recruiter previously we were apprehensive to do so again. However Tom and David came over to the office to meet us and really got to know us. The personal service we received really showed how well Tom fully understand what we were looking for and our ethos. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use Adria Solutions again.

A positive experience
When I updated my CV on CV-Library, Adria approached me with interesting propositions and so did a number of other agencies (some better in their evaluations and people skills than others). I felt like I was dealing with an actual human being who listened and tried to understand my requirements. Ryan suggested some interesting options, listened to my feedback, and expediently arranged a (successful) interview with a company that ticked all the priority boxes for me and made the process painless. I would definitely recommend.

Best Recruitment Agency
I have been working with Dave at Adria Solutions for more than 3 years and he has helped me procure candidates at different levels including management in different technologies such as .NET, Oracle, APEX, SQL etc.
I found Dave to be very professional, organised and a pleasure to work with. He understands the technology requirements and skill set requirements for a given role really well and has found us the appropriate candidates. He has been able to find candidates even at the most demanding times.
He prepares the candidate appropriately for the interviews and is always in touch for a debrief afterwards. I found Dave to be one of the best recruiters I have worked with.
