Even though I had to wait for some time, the clerk was keeping me informed about what was going on. She kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to wait and asked if I would rather come back. Due to the distance, I chose to wait, but really appreciated the offer.

This was done at the Colerain office in Cincinnati. Loan person very nice & easy to work with. She explained everything & answered all questions. We have worked with her before & so glad she was there!
