I’ve been a customer for years at Brandon, FL store as needed. Recently, the associate at store changed and the replacement is horrible. Such attitude and smart mouth it’s unbelievable. She needs to be trained on how to deal with people respectfully or let her go. I wouldn’t even bother going into the store but we tried the online way and it was delayed took longer to do the whole process messed up our bank account. I wish the online way was easier then I wouldn’t have to deal with her.

The ladies at the Brandon, Fl location, TRADIA and KRYSTA are awesome! Top-notch customer service every time😄

The day I went to get my loan on March 12th at Brandon Location, I really was disappointed with customer service. I always have had great customer service at that location with the girls. It was an older Lady I didn't catch her name , but she was just very short with customers and kind of rude answering questions.

I love the girls at the brandon office. Always pleasant and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else for a loan

The service and friendliness of the staff was the best I have ever experienced from any business I have dealt with in my lifetime. I would highly recommend Advance America to anyone struggling with short term financial difficulties like myself but I am sure the many other services they provide will be conducted in a friendly, professional and extremely timely manner. I am very grateful to the girls at the Brandon, Florida store!!!

I give it 5 stars especially Ms Crista and the young lady at the front. They are always eager to help. I hope Advance America stays around a long time. Ms Crista especially helped me out after my surgery and I was having financial difficulties and the young lady in the front. You couldn't have asked for nicer people.
