Getting laid off is never easy!
Getting laid off is never easy but in times of covid financial issues have been very common for me in the 8 months of this pandemic. Gaby was helpful from the moment I walked in. Pleasant, professional and kind. My cellphone was not allowing me to get the documents needed and she was very patient and understanding. She did an amazing job getting me in and out. I was very satisfied and it was my first time there.

Workers are always kind and friendly
Workers are always kind and friendly. Person who helped me was from old Harbor City Office. She has good people skills and is very good at her job. I have never seen her in a bad mood. I have obtained over 20 loans and she has assisted me on at least ten of them.Nerd to hire folks like her. Customer service is important and she gets it. Keep up the good work!

The person that helped me with my payment and reloan was very kind and helpful. I'm over had stroke a few years ago and sometimes it's hard to use the pad. She was so patient. She spoke loud enough with no hint of this old lady. I truly appreciated her kindness.

Great Improvements
Wow, I'm so impressed by the ease of how things work now - using bank apps instead of having to print statements or take pay stubs and being able to pay and reborrow with debit card. It's totally awesome!
