He paid the wrong account, but thanks to quick thinking and some help Mr. Ron was able to help to rectify the situation. I have been very happy with the loan company.

I am very angry with my last experience. The lady deposited the amount I asked for into my account and then gave me cash also. She gave me more than she should have and we did not realize it until after I left. She called and said she gave me $100 more and asked if I could bring it back. When I got to the store she said I owed $200 back. I was very upset because I did not have an extra $100. I had already set aside the money for my bills. After much debate I took a hundred dollars from my bills just to end the argument. I am now behind on a bill because of this. As soon as I can I will pay this loan off and never go back to that store.

It was very fast , the customer service was beyond amazing, and very friendly atmosphere, they made you feel at home .

I went into the Advance America branch on Ferdon Drive in Crestview,FL. Lori, the lady behind the counter was very nice and was a pleasure to talk to. I could not process the loan the first day that I went in because I lacked certain documents so I wound up going back later in the week. Lori was very helpful in explaining everything and really jumped through hoops to help me get the loan. I think the thing that impressed me the most on the first day is that-when it got close to closing time and we weren’t finished-she never once acted like she didn’t have time for me. I really needed help and she helped me.
