Poor customer service
Two days in a row I called to make sure the payment that was drafted from my bank account was ok because when I log in to my advanced America account it doesn't show the payment was made.
First day the automated system said the wait time was 10 minutes. After 30 minutes they were closed so I hung up.
Second day I got someone on the phone and she took my information and said "we are with customers one of us will call you back but you can log in online for any questions."
Really? Login online? I just said the online account doesn't reflect the payment that was made. And when I was in store they repeatedly picked up the phone and handled other questions while I was standing right there.
Clearly customer service doesn't mean much to them and is extremely inconsistent.
