Kamitha was the best!!! So patient and helped me out SOO much. While I was stuck at work, her lunch break was same as mine and she pushed hers back to make sure I was able fill my needs!!!! I give her 10 🌟 for the best customer service and that's hard to come by these days!!!!

I had issues with one of my payment dates, I finally called and explained my situation, the Advance America representative was friendly and helped me set up a payment date option. Took too long and too many steps to get…
Took too long and too many steps to get overpayment back. Would have rather overpayment be applied as an additional payment and had been able to refinance. Staff was great and very helpful.
