I have been a customer for several…
I have been a customer for several years paying high interest in which the
need and urgency always was why I returned, however I am always treated like
a first time customer and looked down on by Manger and talked to in a demeaning tone.
.In these times we should all feel some kind of humility.
However I get it they have a job to do and that’s what keeps them in business

5th or 6th loan from u guys always a very pleasant, quick helpful process. Not today! First I was told how I've been late , never not one time have I been late or not have the money in the bank. Lady in charge was rude, confronting, not girl being trained!...I got my loan I will pay it off early like always. Then take my needs to other loan company's. C-ya

I went in on New Year’s Eve to see if I could get a loan the people behind the counter where super helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about all the terms and agreements that would be coming if I got approved for the type of loan I was looking for I will definitely be a returning customer and will refer people to this business and branch

Your staff at this location is amazing....Aways friendly, accommodating, professional but make you feel at home.
Your store manager sets the tone of creating a friendly happy environment...never have I seen her without a welcoming smile.
Tim and Paul follow right behind her...friendly - helpful.
