This was my first going t Advance America I was sent there by another payday loan company because they would not approve me for a loan. A when I got there and I had all my information needed to apply for the loan and within minutes of being I was approved for my loan. The both of the lady that was there was so nice and very polite to me and my son who was there with me. She took the time that was needed to explain everything to me and my sight is not that good and she took the time to point to each line that I needed to sign which was very nice of her to do to help me. even though I was there to get a loan I felt very welcome there not like some o he other places that I had been to.

I have never taken out a "payday" loan before and was leery of a high interest rate and hidden fees. My mind was put at ease because verything was up front and no hidden fees. The process was quick and sooooo easy. I was assisted with my questions and received the money all within 1 hour of my online application.

I had a bit of a hiccup with my checks, and missed a payment because of it. The representative that I dealt with, Brian, was so friendly and helpful! He got my payments back on schedule and stopped any garnishments that may have been about to happen. He also continued to help me with any issue or question that I had for the remainder of the time I was paying on my loan. He went above and beyond, EVERY TIME he spoke with me! I would recommend this place to anyone that I know that’s looking for a loan!!!!!!

Jennifer. Is very professional friendly and all in all is a people person. She is excellent at this job. The place would not be the same without her.She is prompt and knows what she is doing.

There is a new woman there who does not greer the clients does not smile and is not very welcoming. Clients are not wanting to be there in the first place but to have a representative who does make you feel welcome will hurt your business.
