I am very disappointed about the Lake Charles location on Nelson road closing down. The staff there went well beyond in helping you and greeting you with welcome smiles!

The process is normally simple and very easy but on the day I went to the Nelson Road store in Lake Charles,La the young lady had a very very very very very very nasty attitude.I asked her are you having a bad day maam, and she said YES .Well young lady its not my fault, so please don’t take this nasty attitude out on me.You think I want this title loan ??? NO but I need it, just like you need people like myself business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Advance America has been a God send
Advance America has been a God send, relocating on a fixed income can be costly. Their rates are set for the amount you want to borrow and although $55 may seem rather steep for one month. It is much better than the $3000 I have had to pay for a $900 loan. Thank you so much for making life just a little easier
