I needed to borrow money asap to pay off a settlement offered through my credit card company and it was worth borrowing what I needed compared to what I owed them. The representative in newton Iowa was awesome. Courteous, friendly, and funny. Great customer service!

Are always very helpful and kind. They never judge you and treat every client like they are the same.the girls call me by name and take the time to ask about my family. I am a business owner and have found it easy necessary to get money earlier than money is in hand. They have seen me at the hardest times and even a little during the better. During the restrictive months of traveling because of COVID, I stood in line behind an elderly woman who was paying back a loan. Her shoulders drooped wearily as the clerk asked how she was doing. Tears slid down the deeply-wrinkled leathery cheeks as she proceeded with a brief description of life with her rapidly-failing husband. With the loan process completed, she replaced the items in her purse and turned to exit the window area.

I placed a hand on her shoulder and whispered a silent prayer as she bowed her head lower and kept walking. The clerk and I both had tears running down our cheeks. It was hard to speak with lumps in our throats. Advance America has a heart. We are more than just a loan; we are real people facing real difficulties.

They always go out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable, appreciated, and they treat me like I matter! Couldn't ask for better employees there.
