After looking for a loan online and…
After looking for a loan online and around town, I stopped by the Pasedena location and was pleased to find very helpful customer service agents ready assist me.
The process for applying for the loan was quick and easy, and the associate helped tremendously througout the process.
Although I didn't get approved for the amount I was hoping for, I was pleased with the financial assistance I received.

Not returning
I have been getting loans for quiet a while meaning years. I would always come back when I needed help financially for a loan because of the friendly, caring staff there used to be at this location.
Over time there’s been a lot of new faces, for the most part had me coming back especially in need. I have always paid on time never missed a promised payment and the bank never had to pay because I would always be at the store to either refinance or pay off. I’m writing to inform you all that I will no longer go to Advance America due to the personnel being unkind, unfriendly.I have been humiliated, passed around to other personnel when they did not choose to help me; they talk to people rudely and choose music that is not suitable for everyone to listen to. Lately I’ve very disappointed to have been treated every time like I have not paid on time or not trusted. When they can see by computer or my file that I’ve been a great customer for years.
