very frustrating call customer service…
very frustrating call customer service due to on hold for 25min but I started out with only a 4min wait. wait time kept going up. 1st time ever having hold time increase.
I really need to talk to someone due to me being on social security and getting paid on 1st and 3rd. Thay having me set to pay on the 29th. I was very specific that I ONLY GET PAID ONCE A MOUNTH. The agent at the time said call and Thay would work with me. Now being told that they can't.

Recently visited one of your stores and I was ecstatic to experience having my transaction completed through my debit card!!! Ms Tony and her manager were kind, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable too. Having my funds immediately deposited was another added plus for me. Great experience!
