Advance America is always timely with the deposits to my debit card but this time I haven't received it yet. My bank hasn't received the deposit yet and they can't do anything until they receive it. Other than that I have been doing business with them for years.

Lyntrell was very friendly & down to earth. She made you feel like you were talking to a good friend. Never missing a beat in still doing her job! The entire visit was fun, informative & very helpful in more ways than the obvious 😊

on last week I was in need of Financial Assistance and a Friend of mine referred me to Advance America. Upon my arrival I was greeting by a Young Lady who works there name Michelle ( I believe to be her name ) She went through every resource to get me help because she was having issue with a card I had given her too depositing the funds on. But, she didn't stop trying when she returned the card to me I realized I had giving her an expired card. At the end of the Day she Helped me and Just so you know You all have an Awesome Worker in Michelle. Thank You!!!

Took my payment out a week early and then would not even acknowledge that they had taken the payment even though it had been pulled out of my bank account I was told to come back for the loan five days later just to be told I need to go to the bank to get my paperwork showing that it had went through my bank and and y'all had collected it even though you acknowledge that it's been paid y'all still wouldn't let me do it and I've been a customer of yours for years I've y'all have not had a problem with me paying paying the loan back I was just trying to pay it back early that way I could go ahead and pay take the loan out right before payday so I'd have a little more time to pay it back again so once it was paid I should have been able to get the loan now I'm broke down on the side of the road because I had to go get the information and no I'm not real happy with the way I was treated not by your customer service
