I closed 18Million in new AUM using this system.

The leads are mostly great, some DIYers, but mostly fit exactly what we're looking for.

I scheduled an initial meeting with them last week to learn about their services. I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict. I used the link Jennifer Ortega provided to reschedule the meeting. At the day and time of the meeting I opened the link a few minutes before the start time. My business partner and I waited for 15 minutes and Jennifer never showed for the meeting. Today I scheduled another meeting, received the confirmations and meeting prep guidelines but did not receive a meeting link. In addition, the link to review case studies and their thesis didn't work either. I sent a few emails back to them and to the support team but still no response. I am 100% puzzled at this point and a bit frustrated.

I was hoping that I had found the lead company I was looking to partner with. I was very excited when I spoke to Dylan and Jennifer about working with Advisor Scale. Unfortunately it did not work. The communication was not there. I had 6 appointments in the first month and a half and non showed up. I was told ad spend was ramping up but no new appointments where schedule in the month of August by the 20th. I have been waiting for a refund since then. I called Dylan and his number is disconnected. Jennifer is apparently gone until next week. I seen the other 5 star reviews and was excited to grow my firm. I asked Jennifer multiple times if she had advisors working with her that would be open to a 5 minute chat to reassure things were on the up and up. She just never got back to me. I don't know if they are legit or not. It was and still is a terrible experience for me. I will update when I get some kind of feedback that is positive.

Per your reply. I was told in the sales call everything would be up and running in two weeks. I had text messages not going through. I had phone calls not going through for a month and a half. Everything that was said in the sales call did not get done. I did videos. I didn't see any going out to the 6 leads that were scheduled. From august 1- August 20th. Not one new appointment was scheduled. I don't understand how you held up your end of the contract. I would love to speak to someone on this, but so far this is the only way I have been able to get any replies.

I had a virtual appointment with one of their Advisory Firm Growth Experts, I recieve 6 emails, 1 I'm, reminding me of the appointment, guy never showed up. I called the company to try to talk to him on phone instead, I got their IA operator which doesn't work. What kind of company is this? Odd that they received all 5 star reviews in a very short time period, from people who only gave one other review. No 4, 3 or 2 stars, scammy.

Well I've spoken with many Lead Services... Had 2 appointments with advisorscale.com Jennifer Ortega one in Oct 24 (NO SHOW) one in March 25 that got pushed a day then a no show again. I would advise you keep looking. Whet to their website and there is no contact info, other that book a demo, they don't show up for.
No way to say this person is unreliable.
