This is the second time I have had the pleasure of AD Williams looking after the repairs to my van. Toby and Leo were so kind and professional with great experience in what they do. I was so upset and nervous following the accident but felt my first sigh of relief knowing the van was going to be looked after. They helped console me about the accident which was a great comfort and left me wanting to use their services again. Thank you to all the team at AD Williams. My car was damaged by a passing motorist that kindly left their details. I contacted my insurance company who passed me over to AD Williams.
The car was collected and returned within a week with no sign of the damage and it was cleaned. It would have been nice to have received a call telling me when it was due for completion - but hey I would of phoned and asked if it was that important to me. I've had the car back a couple of weeks and have done a few journeys since - all is good.

I recently dropped in my Mercedes C300 for some bodywork repairs. I was greeted by a very friendly and polite lady who received my car and handed over the courtesy car. The courtesy car was perfectly adequate clean and ran well. My car was in for a few days until I received a call to say that it was ready for collection ahead of schedule. I picked the car up and the work had been completed very well and the car had been cleaned inside and out. Couldn't ask for any more.

Great service provided at the Farnham branch, the third party collided into the side of my car and they fixed with 10 days. The receptionist also kept me up to date every few days which was a nice touch. Pleasantly surprised at the details of their repairs. Would recommend 10/10
