A slick and friendly service.
No one enjoys a car crash and it has been some decades since I last needed a body-shop etc and I was braced for the traditional long haul and disappointment, however, a very slick operation saw my damaged car quickly collected from home, repaired and swiftly returned again by a cheerful friendly and competent team. The online dashboard and automated email/text systems showed progress throughout the job and the dates and timescales offered were stuck to. Highly recommended.

Liars
It was a quick job took ages to get a piece of glass then tried to say there was other damage and also we needed to pay more than the excess. Not impressed and we had a long drive to get there

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. They’ve had my car for almost a month and a half.
I was told it would get delivered after a month and a half between the hours of 1-4, spent the whole day at home only to be told at 5, due to some technical issues, they are unable to deliver the car on the day.
I was told my car would be taken from their North London Garage to Brighton as the North London Garage was too busy, on the promise that it would be taken on recovery so that no miles are added.
They failed on both commitments, as my car was driven from Brighton and it too almost two months to get the repairs done.
I asked Havens claims to intervene many time but to no avail. I cannot understand how they come be so poor but they seem to be the preferred Garages for Havens and Accorn Insurance. What is going on that we don’t know?
