A&E Glazing LTD Avaliações

Great from start to finish. Great price. Very happy with the glass we received, fits perfectly. Kept up to date with each step and delivery was good. Very pleased and would recommend and use again.

Really easy process to order replacement double glazed unit. Delivered on time. Would definitely use again and recommend.

What an excellent and reasonably priced company to deal with.
Presale Morgan was polite and answered my questions.
Cut perfectly to the requested dimensions and delivered within a reasonable timescale
One comment is our glass panel was delivered whilst we were out - as explained it might need to be - but there was zero protective packaging and it was leant against a brick wall. I assumed there would be some protective cardboard for example
Small point.

We'll be back
Thanks

Great experience, especially the customer service.

Thank you A&E Glazing!

The five replacement sealed windows are exactly as ordered, and fitted a treat.
The delivery lad was great as well... really helpful.

Easy to use online ordering system.
Delivered within two weeks of placing online order.
Very competitive pricing.
What more could you ask for!

Spotless service all round!

I will certainly use A&E Glazing again if needed.

Sent them and online request over a week ago around pricing for some 6mm shower glass
No call back, no message, no email
Very poor service

A&E glazing are outstanding! I order glass tops for my furniture, cut to size to protect my furniture. The sizing was perfect. The ordering process was easy and the call me to arrange delivery. The delivery people are all friendly. I’m very, very happy with their products and service. I will highly recommend this company!

Great quick service for a Heathrow noise scheme 8-6 laminated glass.
Good price and 3day delivery
Would definitely use again.

Really happy with my experience with A&E Glazing LTD. I ordered 2 glass units and was expecting a longer wait at the time of booking, but they arrived just 6 days later! Throughout the process I was kept updated, and the day before delivery they called to check I was available and confirm a time slot. It's refreshing to deal with a company that communicates so professionally. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered a sealed unit on Friday with Morgan by phone, it was delivered by Will on the following Wednesday. Exactly what I ordered.

Despite much requesting delivery details from them and rearranging travel to be at our flat the only time they said they could deliver, they delivered a day early when I was not there. They dumped the large glass table top with no protection in the communal area of our building on a stone floor against a concrete wall. Also leaving me to carry it upstairs, through fire doors and into a lift by myself. Hopefully it will still be intact when I get there on the only day they said they could deliver.

Great product with very fast production and delivery. Top company.

Brilliant Service kept me updated from start to finish

Great service from order to delivery with communication at each stage
Thank you !

Great delivered safely

From start to finish I have been impressed with and enjoyed dealing with A&E Glazing.
Their website is clear, intuitive and easy to use.
A comment on my order resulted in a call from them for clarification which was clear - necessary for a deaf oldie.
Then regular but not over the top progress emails and delivery well within their time slot with good delivery updates.
All contact has been clear, courteous and professional.

Great service from ordering glass to receiving. I wasn’t sure what glass exactly I needed, called the customer service and received an advice. Ordered glass on line. Was getting updates on my order via emails. At the end received a phone call about my delivery. Excellent and quick response and friendly service. I am very happy and use this company again
