First time I've ordered from this company. Easy to order fair pricing and I was kept up to date with the speedy delivery. Good old fashioned service which is sadly lacking in so many other companies. I wouldn't hesitate before ordering here again.

It’s not often that you find a little gem when looking for caravan accessories outside of the big store front dealerships. Well I did not and only does it have a wide variety of stock online the pick up can be within the hour. Ironically, I have been to their shop several times to look at the array of awnings and tents. But it never occurred to me that they stocked items that most caravaners are looking for. My purchase was the Brunner crockery set, which by the way was the cheapest around. I am more than happy to recommend the service, cost and delivery to any of my friends/followers etc

Ordered at 2.45 pm advised dispatched within 2 hours and delivered next day, hard to beat that and the price was great.

I have used this company in the past and have always found them to be very easy to deal with. On this occassion I had to call to check the delivery status (item had a longish lead time and we wanted to know if we would get it before we went away), I was informed it was due in shortly, the lady i spoke to said she would double check and get back to me. 2 hours later i had an email informing me of the delivery date. Excellent service. Overall great servicei would certain remond them.

Ordered a Camptech Caymen awning on 21/9 delivery 2/3 days, once paid in full was emailed to say delivery expected end of September, called again to be told the 7/10 a week later was told 14/10, and today now being told 21/10.
It does annoy me that these companies take full payment when they can’t actually deliver as per their website terms, if they don’t have these items in stock then they should only really be taking a deposit, until they receive it and are ready to ship out.
Disappointed with the service so far, I would appreciate a discount for the delay as now I can’t use it or check it properly until spring 2027 next year as October we finish touring till then.

A&E Leisure was super efficient in shipping our order for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them, not only for their service, but also because they stock on very interesting products that are not frequently found in other shops. We bought the BioLite headlamps for running and are very happy with them.
