Attempted to tell me that the issue was with my aerial model and with the location and wiring on my satellite dish. Their £575+VAT quote was showed to me briefly and then taken back. After hurriedly reading trustpilot (I had foolishly relied on google reviews) it confirmed my concerns. He tried to tell me the reviews were mistaken identity and referred to a company in Scotland. For the avoidance of doubt they operate in London.
A professional aerial man came round today - all now working no need to change aerial or move the dish or replace its wires.

Scam, advertise in different name then demanded double the quote when work done. No woman should let in their home. I am so upset traumatic experience. Do not use

This is a quick heads not to use Aerial Services, they totally scammed me! They slapped an extra zero on my bill, overcharging me by a thousand bucks, spread the word to everyone, steer clear of those guys!

Avoid this company like the plague. Rip off merchants who don’t do the work asked of them and charge a fortune for a job. To get 2 TVs fixed to the wall I was charged over £500 and they did not turn up on the date promised. Their so called engineer was abnoxious and we were glad to see the back of him.

I originally arranged an appointment with Tina to fix my aerial cable which had snapped off for Friday morning.
Today I rang and asked if I could rearrange the appointment for today instead. Daniel the engineer, a lovely friendly guy arrived this lunchtime and fixed it straight away.
Very reasonable prices indeed.
Give this company a chance if you need help, can’t fault them 👍

We hired this company for a simple bracket installation, under the verbal agreement that they had the necessary insurance coverage. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false.

Not only did they fail to perform the necessary checks before drilling, but they also damaged a live cable behind our wall. Despite their negligence, they still issued an exorbitant invoice and refused to provide proof of insurance when requested.

Since then, their conduct has escalated alarmingly. They have come to our property, made physical threats against those on-site, and even attempted to gain unauthorized access by impersonating service professionals. They have also threatened to remove the installed bracket by force.

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and aggressive. I strongly advise against hiring them.

Despite confirming the appointment 3 times he still didn't turn up - useless!

Unfortunately l did not check this company out my fault l suppose but they are day light robbers they charged me £190 to remove my tv from the wall and fix a new tv the brackets were already there they were there 25 minutes l had it done as we would not have had a tv for the kids over Christmas . Please don’t use them l have messaged them but had no reply they are day light robbers 😡😡😡

These guys are a bunch of gangsters - charged my elderly parents a fortune to fit a new aerial and no just over a year later it doesn't work - im not convinced they actually did any work at all. Avoid completely!

These guys came out to my parents' house. They replaced an aerial that was under a year old and charged them £680 for the privilege.
They should be avoided at all costs. Appalling.

They sent a very nice local engineer who tried to fix our issue but was unable to. He was ok but they charged £78 for the privilege. There was no mention of a service charge when I phoned or on their website. Avoid these people and go direct to a local engineer.

Had my aerial installed same day .very polite & professional service

This company installed a sky box, sky dish sky remote that doesnt work the box at my 94 year old mums house when all she wanted was a free view box. she got no quote, no idea she had a dish installed on her roof and thought she had paid £80, the installer wouldn't take a cheque and demanded she pay by card the amount was £706 which he obviously didn't repeat back to her before putting the card payment through. I have tried to ring customer service was told they would ring back I asked for the number and it's the same number as the office !!! Also tried to email but that was returned. Please avoid this company. They are nothing but cowboys and con men.

The chap that came was great-but to charge me £90 for a bit of cable and not solve the issue. It says on website free no obligation call out.. this was not the case..did a signal test and told me need a booster.

This company need to be stuck off, avoid them at all costs, they advertise locally but obviously are not, absolute rip off company who do not care read all the reviews above.
Charged me £165 for a booster box I could buy on internet for £30 and didnt fit it as he was not a qualified electrician. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I needed a 65" TV wall mounted within and contacted this firm who purported to be from Basingstoke. The sub-contractor, Mark from MKH Services attended and tried to hang the TV on the existing bracket but it almost touched the ceiling. I insisted that the bracket be lowered and he said that there would be a charge on top of the £120 quoted. (I had seven rugby mates coming for the week for a rugby weekend so had no time to find someone else.) Mark was there two hours and I was charged £298.80, and I supplied the materials. The cabling was a mess and he refused to rectify it unless I paid him another fee. I feel conned and cheated and still have not had an Invoice from the firm. Their website is misleading and their work shoddy.

Biggest load of cowboys. The engineers are on commission. The over price on jobs to make theyre wages up. They are not local engineers or experienced
