We are delighted that our son received an offer from Tiffin School as his first choice grammar school. AE Tuition, especially the Feltham centre, has been instrumental in his progress. Miss Fiona provided exceptional support by encouraging him, strengthening his confidence, and equipping him with the skills he needed to succeed. The summer English creative writing course was also extremely beneficial and helped him feel well-prepared towards the end of the exams. We are very grateful for the high‑quality materials, structured teaching, and consistent guidance throughout the 11+ preparation.

Our daughter attended AE tuition in year 4 and 5.she did very well in her 11 plus exams and she passed them with very good scores. Her teacher was Miss Fiona who taught her in year 4 and 5. Her teaching is excellent and she communicates well with the parents at the end of each session. AE tuition always track the progress of my daughter in all subjects and let us know where she needs to improve. Their test bundles were very very helpful and their 10 minutes tests in the class were also helpful. It was a long journey but it could not be done without AE tuition. She got her first preference school.

The centre kept us informed from day one on how the classes will be and what to expect; the 15mmin before lesson ends what an important step as we learn on how to apply teacher methods and use them if necessary during the week when kids are completing their homeworks.
We also got meeting on how the exams will be and helping us on how to apply for secundary schools.
After her 2 years journey she entered grammar school of her choice. It was 2 years of sacrifice with short weekends but at the end was worth it.
She says she misses to have loads of homeworks to do but she is looking forward to new challenges and to apply her knowledge.

AE Tuition has provided a fantastic learning environment where my son

Great curriculum, children learns a lot about how to work hard but this year results are not great for Slough consortium but very good for Bucks. Depends on what schools you are targeting.

Remote learning- unacceptably low quality of organization, constant errors in test checking followed by apology emails. Every single test/moc exam is a huge stress for the whole family due to impossibility to organize the process properly. Not recommended.

I'm happy to share that my daughter received excellent scores in all the schools she applied to and has secured a place at The Henrietta Barnett School (HBS).

Our daughter passed her 2024 Buckinghamshire and Slough 11+ exams with exceptional results in both. The highest in her school!
She has been allocated her first choice of Grammar School.
I’d like to express our gratitude to the teachers at AE Tuition but also highlight the amazing Robyn Lynch who guided our daughter through the comprehensive AE curriculum with great adept. She is now teaching our younger child.

We used AE Tuition for both our kids' 11+ journeys. For both of them, we did the 1-year Year 5 remote course and they are both in our first-choice grammar schools now. The course materials are wonderful, particularly NVR. The structured homework and test packs AE Tuition provide are quite rigorous yet systematic.

A few suggestions for AE Tuition to consider, in terms of enhancement of their coursework:

1) More dedicated materials covering SPaG rules for foundation building

2) Multiple choice comprehension papers and exercises to include Sutton SET 'Comparison of text' style passages and questions.

3) Possibility of incorporating round 2 focussed standard format Maths and English + creative writing during the Year 5 course, as opposed to this being a summer course.

Would definitely recommend AE Tuition for future 11+ aspirants.
