Ordered a necklace from them and they processed my order before I could give them the length I wanted (on the site, it clearly says "Sizing: Choose your length"). They sent me the necklace and it was even longer than the longest length they advertised that they offer. They told me I can exchange it but I was responsible for the shipping because there was no error on their part! This company is very misleading and falsely advertises what they offer to clients. Do not buy from this company, they will rip you off!

TERRIBLE!! I’m not one to make reviews , or even take the time to rant about my horrible experiences , but this one took the cake. I ordered 2 rings on December 23rd it is currently January 21 and my order has still not even been shipped yet. No communication after several emails, I gave up and thought I got scammed and moved on. I finally received an email saying that a member of their team will reach out to me and that was that. WHO IS RESPONDING TO THE EMAILS. Super unprofessional, no communication whatsoever. Avoid this place.

I purchased 2 rings and they TARNISHED within 2 weeks. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and they are not responding in violation of their own return policy!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from this scam company. They filter their reviews on their website and do not post the bad reviews, which are many!!!!

Paid extra for express shipping advertised as 5–8 days. Delivery arrived nearly a month later.

Communication was extremely poor, with repeated copy-paste apology emails and no clear updates or timelines. Tracking was only provided after multiple follow-ups.

Items are also shipped from China.

Despite the excessive delay and failure to honour express shipping, no compensation was offered. The item eventually arrived, but if delivery time matters, avoid.

Excellent service. We ordered 4 personalised rings. They are very good quality. One of the rings had incorrect spelling. Made contact with team and they were amazing

I am extremely upset with my order. I purchased customized name necklaces, and my entire order was wrong. When I emailed them with pictures and proof, they told me they wouldn’t return or refund anything. Considering how expensive this was, I did NOT expect this kind of service.

I reached out multiple times through email and their social media, but received no response at all. Please be careful! I honestly don’t think many of these positive reviews are organic.

I even read their Terms & Conditions and sent them a screenshot where it clearly states that if the product has a manufacturing fault, they will issue a return. Despite this, they still said they wouldn’t help and continue to ignore my emails.

Really great customer service, delivery on point. I really loved the way how they packed the ring and it fits perfectly with arabic initials.

I currently have a order sat with them when their website was showing a buy one get one free.. what a con. The buy one is for the jewellery and the get one free is the box it comes in. I wanted a necklace for my partner and stepdaughter. When I went to the basket it did not give me the option of the 2nd personalised necklace. So straight away I emailed to confirm that they would post both items only to receive an email that I would get the one necklace with the free box and the 2nd box I paid for yet nothing to put inside it.. I requested a full refund to be told that this would not be possible. Communication was over 3 days so they had plenty of time not to process my order..

I just received my fourth order from Afsaana…a custom name necklace for my fiancée! She loves the quality and designs of the jewelry so much keeps asking for more Afsaana gifts😂 Seriously though get your girl some Afsaana pieces they will wear it everywhere

I love the custom set I got here! I ordered the bracelet necklace and ring trio and they names were all so well done. I was a bit unsure at first but everything including the shipping went good. I've had the set for 3 months now and it still looks as good and I wear it everyday.

UPDATE: I've amended my review based on their follow up. They handled the issue well in the end. I've always liked their products and they wear and last really well. Just be mindful of the delivery timescales.

The products when they arrive are great. I've had a Palestine necklace for a few months now that I wear every day and it's retained it's colour. However the customer service and delivery times are terrible, hence the low score. I recently placed 3 separate orders and paid an extra £8 for priority delivery on 2 of them. The non priority arrived first as it was non custom. However, the incorrect item was sent and despite my contacting them immediately, it's been 3 days and I still have no way forward. This was a gift, and I made it clear I need the correct item ASAP. I'm not sure what the benefit of the priority delivery is as the first order took about 12 days and I haven't received the 2nd order which was placed a day later. Seems to be a bit of a scam regarding the priority delivery.

I would definitely not recommend if you need something urgently or even expect standard service. If you don't mind waiting a few weeks, then the products are decent.

I ordered 2 custom rings and 2 necklaces. The necklaces arrived in about a week with tracking details provided. They are absolutely beautiful. Great design and lovely finish.

The custom rings arrived arrived about 5 days later. Tracking was accurate and convenient. Once again, the design and detail is amazing. They had accidentally sent me extra products, which they were nice enough to let me keep, free of charge.

Overall, my experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend and intend to order again in the future.

I ordered in April, after I eventually recieved the rings late (they insisted they’d arrive before Eid, they didn’t) consistently within 2 weeks both a ring and a necklace had tarnished (supposedly gold plated and retailing at £150 before sales) . Afsaana agreed to send replacements, and within 2 weeks, tarnished. A third refund was sent with the promise it wouldn’t happen again. 2 weeks, tarnished. They then offered a 4th replacement. I obviously at this point said I wanted a refund, but apparently because it’s personalised jewellery they can’t refund. They are working on a whole show of loopholes. Saying it’s a lifetime warranty when it just means we’ll keep sending you cheap costume jewellery as a replacement is pure deception. I sincerely doubt they’re in Canada or handcrafted.

I bought two rings from this company. They did not match the ones in the ad. The size of the names were tiny compared to what they were advertising. Very misleading. And whoa and behold, the very first time I wore one of them, the name snapped off. Proves how frail they are. Don’t waste your money on these.
