- What Does After Diamonds Offer?
- We believe everyone should be able to own and enjoy beautiful diamond jewellery. Our mission is to make owning exceptional authentic diamond jewellery a reality with our UK-designed and handcrafted collections. We started After Diamonds to offer high-quality diamond jewellery at accessible prices. We have chosen to use lab-created diamonds in our jewellery to offer the best value in diamond jewellery. Lab-created diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, but they are created in a laboratory rather than dug out of the ground. This means that lab-created diamonds are more environmentally friendly and ethically responsible than mined diamonds, as they do not require the same resource extraction and labour. In addition to their ethical and environmental benefits, lab-created diamonds also offer excellent value for money. With After Diamond’s jewellery, you can expect to buy larger diamonds of higher quality than your budget would allow when choosing natural diamond jewellery. Because they are created in a controlled environment, laboratory-created diamonds are more consistent in quality than mined diamonds, which can vary widely in terms of clarity, colour, and other characteristics. You can be confident that you are getting a high-quality diamond when you purchase lab-created diamond jewellery from After Diamonds. At After Diamonds, we are dedicated to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience, and we stand behind the quality of our diamond jewellery with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you find the perfect piece of diamond jewellery to suit your needs and budget.
- First Impressions Matter!
- Based in the UK, we offer our diamond jewellery worldwide. All deliveries are free and fully insured. Since first impressions count, when you choose jewellery from our collections, your order will be sent to you in our exquisite distinctive packaging. Before opening the box, After Diamonds jewellery will make you happy!

Amazing jewellery on line
I chose After Diamonds as they advertised exactly what I was looking for. The company explained the ring I had chosen had to be made due to the larger size required. It was for an Anniversary gift. It was doubtful it could be made in time, but after speaking to Miriam in Customer Service and explaining it was a surprise gift for my wife. They went out of their way to have it made and delivered in time. I recommend this company to anyone buying diamond jewellery.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I placed an order and paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (next working day).
Despite this, 9 days have passed and I have not received the item.
No tracking number was ever provided, and there is no confirmation that the item was even dispatched.
I have contacted the seller multiple times but received no response.
At this point, my money has been taken, the item has not arrived, and no refund has been issued.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering, especially when paying for express delivery that is not honoured and when communication from the seller is absent.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We are very sorry to read this, as the experience you describe does not reflect how we operate. We genuinely do not have a record of an order under the information provided in this review.
All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked 24, and tracking details are always provided once an item has been dispatched. If an item is not in stock, we contact customers within 24 hours to advise of the estimated delivery date and provide the option to proceed or cancel.
We would very much like the opportunity to look into this for you and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please could you contact us directly via email with your order number, full name, and postcode so we can investigate immediately. We typically respond to emails within 1 to 4 hours during working hours. If you would prefer to speak with us sooner, please feel free to call our office and we will be happy to assist.
We are committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly and look forward to hearing from you so we can help.

10/10 customer service
Dispatch and delivery is super quick. Ordered at lunchtime and received my ring the next day.
Upon the ring arriving, it was a little finer than I would have liked so requested an exchange for a slightly thicker band. The customer service was excellent, Miriam got back to me extremely quickly and arranged return of the original ring. As soon as the original ring was returned they sent my replacement. And I love the replacement ring!

Absolutely first rate service
Absolutely first rate service. Would definitely recommend. Ordering couldn’t have been easier online and the outcome was just perfect. The ring I ordered had to be made from scratch due to not having size already made. I was informed it could be 3-5 wks before I received it but got in within just under 3. The ring was stunning and I loved it as soon as I saw it. My finance’ was over the moon with it. Thank you very much. I will be back again.
