Disappointed by our experience and our bench.
We contracted AGB Stone for or kitchen and laundry benchtops for our renovation. We paid the deposit and the day before installing they called and said unless we didn't pay in full prior..there would be no installation. I was surprised but paid in full. They arrived and installed several benches. Wall damage happened but that's normal. The benches were an absolute mess. They were measured and cut incorrectly. There were gaps and chips. Our huge statement bench was installed in 2 pieces...which don't colour match and have a massive join in the widest most visible part. One side is thicker than the other. They were not interested in giving us what we asked for and reluctantly remedied some of it MONTHS later. After saying they would replace the large bench we are still left with what they insist is a match. Everyone who sees it says it's awful. I feel my kitchen was ruined by them . I feel angry and disappointed by them their workmanship and lack of care
