AgeGO is completely useless. doesn't work and asks for sensitive information. I give up

I think one star is the lowest possible but this service is useless. It just doesn't work. It won't accept basic information, selfies are pointless because after accepting it just shows an icon to indicate it varifying info which just keeps going, and going and not making progress. Despite several attempts on different days I've never gotten past this point. Not fit for purpose.

This company it seems, has gone out of its way to make sure that nothing works.
It's a masterclass in obfuscation.
What exactly is the point of this?

Utter rubbish. Tried to log in using the so-called foolproof credit card method only not to be logged in. After a number of failed attempts just gave up. It really is complete crap.

Tried with a selfie several times and with two different credit cards. Nothing worked. Waste of time.

It's rather prejudice against anything that's considered LGBTQ content that's not sexual. You still have to verify your age? But considering the government in power. It's section 28 again!!!!!

Useless , and highly suspicious. Face ID repeatedly failed . Bot insisted that a debit card is not equivalent ID to a credit card ; that a minor can set up a bank account when I offered my bank account numbers as ID ; that a minor can have a private company when I offered the ABN / ACN as ID ; just ran me around in circles generally , and didn’t know what it was talking about as well as suggesting I click on blue links which I did not solicit , and when I explained why I won’t- informed me that I “ don’t have to “

I put in my perfectly valid credit card details (after my email address) and got an error!!
This from within an iframe on the webpage. Now I read quite a while ago that iframes in a webpage can pose a security risk!!
Now I need to constantly check my bank account to make sure my details are not stolen!!
AND, the only way to access the content was by using a VPN and spoofing location (a VPN which I'm already paying for with my valid credit card!).
Worse than completely useless!!

An Server error on their side occurs EVERYTIME I attempt to do a selfie and my Visa isn't supported.

Hopless stupid system that does not work and there is no human available to help. AI in the help section keeps looping the same solutions that don't work. It is a very simple thing for a website to ask for permission to access the camera and for the user to give it, but for this site it seems to be module 101 of rocket science. Glad I am not paying for this stupid Nanny state solution of the Australian government

Its bad enough being forced to use a third party company but when they have the technical skills of an out of date banana its something else.

The site keeps trying to get you to use a credit card by making all other access methods really difficult.
Suspect they are trying to get your card details for a list so that Hackers can use your details to defraud you.

worst app i have ever used.. did face scan said all good then emailed me a code, and then lets you onto site one time. The idea of this software is u sign up and use the verified account next time, but that dont work as it says your not and have to try go through it all again and end up in a loop of catch 22 , the only response you get from them is a stupid robot that just says same things over and over and cant fix it.

Verification doesn't work makes u do a 2nd factor authorization EVERY SINGLE TIME. constantly asking for credit card info how are website still using this app

Constantly stealing data ..I don't know why there isn't a criminal case against these guys yet ..... Why do I have to verify my age every time I go on a page ..with cookies enables tryed different browsers your a.i options are abysmal get some real customer service if your going to steal people data constantly and repeatedly ask for it .... I took a selfie and was instantly verified. Very easy and good to use. Didn’t have to put in bank details.

Agego is absolutely useless, doesn't work half the time. Going to set my phone up to think it's in a different country. The UK government have become far to controlling over our every day lives.
