Purchased the AGM G3 PRO in late 2025
Purchased the AGM G3 PRO in late 2025, and I’m really impressed. I made a mistake with my delivery address, but the support team contacted me right away to correct it—excellent service! For my job site and outdoor use, this phone checks all the boxes: the high-res thermal camera with 25fps recording is ideal for equipment inspections, the 12GB+512GB storage holds all my files and videos, and the 10000mAh battery keeps me going all day without charging. It’s IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certified, so it handles dust, drops, and rain with no problem. The 120Hz screen is clear outdoors, and wireless charging is convenient at the campsite. Couldn’t ask for a better rugged smartphone.

Phones do not work properly in EU area. LTE calls are not greenlit in any operators I have tried. I contacted AGM and they asked my order number. I provided it and after that, total silence.

Ich war bisher mit den Geräten von AGM eigentlich sehr zufrieden und hatte bereits drei Smartphones der Marke. Leider war mein letztes Gerät eine einzige Enttäuschung: Die Akkulaufzeit lag bei unter 24 Stunden – und das, obwohl das Handy kaum genutzt wurde.
Nach der Rücksendung (nachweislich am 22.09.2025 in Hamburg eingegangen) wartete ich vergeblich auf eine Rückerstattung. Auf meine Nachfrage erhielt ich am 29.09.2025 nur die Antwort, ich solle mich gedulden. Heute, am 07.10.2025, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man wegen nationaler Feiertage (01.–08.10.) keine Anfragen bearbeitet.
Für ein Unternehmen, das in Deutschland verkauft und eine deutsche Rücksendeadresse nutzt, ist das aus Kundensicht ein Armutszeugnis. Ich erwarte, dass Rücksendungen, die in Deutschland ankommen, auch hier bearbeitet werden – unabhängig von Feiertagen im Ausland.
Sehr schade – nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich wohl kein weiteres Gerät von AGM mehr kaufen

I bought a new Glory SE, it was fine, but suddenly it stopped connecting to the network and became unusable. Service is silent. I bought an H8, used it for about two weeks, it turned off while charged, and now it doesn't work. There's nothing I can do. After waiting three weeks, AGM service told me to send it back at my own expense and they'll see what happened. Disaster!!! No more overrated crap.

The company is doing nothing to help with that. No patches. Customer support service denies any responsibility and deliberately keeps you running in circles by referring me to Amazon where I bought the phone. Clearly they don't want to help at all. Selling stupid AGM, going for Motorola. Another example of Chinese approach to humanity and responsibility. It makes me sick to the bone.

Despite the warranty, the phone was not repaired
I ordered an AGM H5 cell phone from the website. Unfortunately, after 1.8 years, the microphone broke. I could only make calls with a headset or the hands-free system. When I contacted the manufacturer about the warranty, the only response was that they were on vacation and would respond later. This never happened. After the warranty period had expired and I had contacted them three times, I was told I could receive a €100 discount on a new cell phone.

Mein AGM G2 Guardian ist nach 18 Monaten bei einem WhatsApp Anruf so softwaretechnisch abgestürzt, dass es seit dem nicht mehr bootet; selbst der Widerherstellungsmodus lässt sich nicht mehr aufrufen. AGM verweigert die Garantie, da das Gerät über einen Händler nicht direkt von AGM gekauft wurde. Der Händler ist leider nicht mehr greifbar. Da habe ich einen Reparaturservice auf der AGM mobile Webseite gekauft, AGM angeschrieben, doch diese antworten seit über einer Woche weiterhin nicht - stellen sich tot.
Fazit: Schlechte Qualität (Kamera deutlich schlechter wie bei meinem alten Mi Mix2, Mikrofon deutlich schlechter, kein wechselbarar Akku, bei einem 1300 € Gerät), zudem sehr schlechter bzw. gar kein Service - niemand sollte von AGM ein Gerät kaufen, damit diese lernen, wie wichtig Qualität und Kundenservice zum Überleben sind.

Ik heb de AGM GT2 Guardian gekocht van AGM zelf. En ik heb er veel spijt van.
Ik had een account aangemaakt op hun website. En deze gsm gekocht. De kwaliteit laat te wensen over. Het oplaadcontact op de gsm gaat snel stuk, waardoor de oplader niet meer goed contact kan maken en goed kan opladen. De thermische camera, is niet erg scherp. En de lens mag niet in zonlicht komen want dan raakt deze beschadigd. Terwijl je juist de gsm zo neerlegt dat er geen krassen kunnen komen op de lens. Het had erg handig geweest als AGM hiervoor een beschermingskapje zou hebben gemaakt. De batterij is binnen een dag leeg. Hoe groot de capaciteit ook is. Waarschijnlijk gaat deze batterij alleen lang mee als je verder geen apps erop installeert. Oftewel misleidende reclame. Ja vanwege de de thermische camera weegt de telefoon wel zwaar. Maar dat si dan niet te voorkomen.
Ik heb er spijt van dat ik niet even heb gewacht en het apparaat had gekocht van Amazon. Want dan was alles erg goed en snel geregeld. Want Amazon zorgt goed voor hun klanten. AGM geeft niks om hun klanten. De account die ik heb moeten maken om de AGM GT2 Guardian te kunnen kopen is zomaar verdwenen. En AGM service zegt dat ze niet weten waarom of waar de account is gebleven. Zij doen ook niks om een oplossing aan te bieden, niet eens een excuses.Verre van custumor friendly.
Ik heb mijn AGM GT2 Guardian moeten opsturen naar een zogenoemd warehouse in Duitsland want deze was kapot. De telefoon was in 3 dagen in het Warehouse. Het oplaadpunten aan de telefoon was kapot gegaan, de thermische camera werkte niet naar behoren, de oplaadkabel ging kapot. Al met al slechte kwaliteit. AGM adverteert dat je standaard 2 jaar garantie hebt. Ik had de telefoon nog geen half jaar. Ik heb mijn telefoon ingestuurd. AGM heeft per e-mail gezegd dat ik mijn telefoon terug zou hebben in 2 weken. Vervolgens ontvang je een e-mail waarin AGM zegt dat je de tijd van de garantie hebt overschreden. Hetgeen niet eens mogelijk was. Vervolgens wacht ik weken en ontvang geen telefoon terug. Als je dan een e-mail stuurt ontvang ik een e-mail terug met foto's van een gt2 guardian met een gebroken scherm. Maar dat kan nooit mijn telefoon zijn, want deze had geen gebroken scherm. Dat laat zien dat AGM een denigrerende houding heeft naar hun klanten en tevens dat zij je manipuleren. Zeer onprofessioneel.
Ik moest hierover in discussie middels e-mail. Dit is uiterst onprofessioneel. Vervolgens wordt mij een open-box phone voorgesteld. Een GT2 Guardian die iemand zogenaamd direct heeft terug gezonden na ontvangst omdat het tegen viel. Maar hoe kun je dat controleren. En ik wil helemaal niet een open box. Ik wil een nieuw toestel en een vriendelijk excuses zou ook niet verkeerd zijn. Of mijn geld direct terug. En voor een toestel van bijna 1000 euro is dit zeer zeer zeer slechte service.
Ik heb mijn GT2 Guardian ingezonden voor repair op in april 2024. Vandaag 2 september 2024 heb ik nog steeds geen toestel terug. AGM heeft mijn telefoon en mijn geld. Het zijn echt oplichters. Het is zeer teleurstellend dat AGM zijn betalende klanten zo slecht behandeld. Zowel het Nederlandse consumentenrecht als het Europese zijn niet van toepassing op AGM, maar die van Hongkong. Slim uitgedacht. Zo houd je de klachten ver van je vandaan
Kwalitatief. Uitermate. Teleurstellend. Behoed u zelf voor deze miskoop. Want ik heb geen telefoon. En ondanks dat ik middels e-mail het meerdere malen heb verzocht weigert AGM mijn geld terug te geven. Nog niet eens een excuses. Geen enkele vorm van soelaas. Hoogst abject. Zo ga je niet met je betalende klanten om. Ik ben duizend euro lichter en heb geen telefoon. Dank je wel AGM.

Won't refund for a faulty device
I purchased a Guardian G2 from the AGM website, I had the phone around 6 months and woke up one morning to find it was bricked, I contacted their service email and followed the steps they provided to try and get the phone fixed and when that didn't work this is the response I got bearing in mind I paid £735.35
"Hello,
Thank you for your support of AGM.
I'm sorry for the late reply. I have prepared the following schemes for you.
1. Please send the mobile phone back to our warehouse, but please understand that since you have used it for nearly half a year and it has exceeded our refund period, I can only apply for a refund of 550 pounds for you.
2, I will transfer you to our dedicated after-sales technician, who will help you solve your mobile phone problem more clearly and in detail.
3, please send back your mobile phone, we will arrange repair for you, and send back to you after repair, in the meantime, I can send you a temporary mobile phone as a backup, you do not need to return, would you like to accept it? Looking forward to your reply."
To me it is disgusting that they won't refund customers the full amount for a faulty device when all their troubleshooting steps have failed because you have owned the device for 6 months, if I had purchased it from a shop or a company based in the UK I would legally be entitled to a full refund for a faulty device.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY. It is a complete scam. In October of 2023 I purchased a Guardian G2 to be used here in Canada. No problem with customer support, they answered all my questions promptly...until I received my phone. It turns out that the phones are locked and do not have the capability of receiving MMS messages on the Telus network. Telus gave me the information I needed to change the carrier for mms messages (called APN), and this phone is locked to one method only. AGM gave me instructions on how to change the APN on the phone, but with the software installed I couldn't. finally, they wanted me to send it back to China to check it out themselves. They now have my phone and I have sent at least 20 emails requesting my phone back or a refund, as we are now into the middle of July 2024. It almost appears that there was some type of spyware locked into the phone that they didn't want removed, but I am not certain. I have dealt with companies in China many times before and have never, EVER encountered such unethical business dealings from that country. All I know is that they have my $1250.00 CAD, and my phone, and wont reply.

Within a month a had a lot of problems.1. There is something wrong with the charging point on the phone. The flat pin that sticks out where you connect your charger, is a bit loose. If I want to connect the original charging cable on the phone, the cable will not connect with the phone to charge. So I have bought another charging cable of the same kind. But strangely the newly bought charging cable will not make contact with the phone. I tested the new cable on other devices, and it works just fine. So apparently there is something wrong with the phone’s charging point and also the original charger it self.
2. The Fingerprint button does not work anymore. It just stopt functioning. And also after rebooting my phone it was no longer available to use. According to AGM Custumer service this is a hardware issue. I also think this is the problem.
3. The Thermic camera. Wich I really like, because I can see my Dogo Argentino’s walk in the dark. Sometimes the picture is clear. But sometimes it is not clear. Also after autofocus.
4. The screensaver needs replacement, it has a crack/punctior on the right upper side.
5. The battery is drained quit fast. Wich I find remarkable, because it has a bigger capacity than my old phone. My gt2 Guardian has a capacity of 7000 Mah. My old phone had 6000Mah. But it still lastet longer than my GT2 Guardian. And I use exactly the same apps. Can you please look into what this could be?
6. I have opened a account on the website of AGM. However, if I want to log in to my account. The website tells me that my account does not exist. My account has just vanished. Can you please tell how this is possible? And can you please retrieve my account on the website?
As you can see, a lot of problems with a mobil phone. AGM service told me in a e-mail that my phone would be back with me with in 2 weeks. I have send it in on april 3th 2024. And to this day, thursday 8th of june 2024 it has still not been returned. AFGM has lied.
They have send me al sorts of excuses, including lies that my screen was broken, nut it was not broken when i send it in. I ask if they would give me the warranty by e-mail. But they do not react at all. They proposed to give me what they call a 90% openbox. This is a phone that has been retured by a custumor that was not satisfied with the phone. But how can i be sure this is a new phone as they claim?
And they will not give me a new warranty if i would accept their proposal. That is just rude, a new phone means a new warranty. It looks like a scam to force you into accepting a new phone with old warranty, so that a new problem would cost you as a paying costumor more money for repairs. Now i have no phone, no clearity about my phone that has been gone for months. I ask them to gibve me back my money, but they do not even answer me. They give very selective reactions, and it can take more than a week before they answer.
DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Because it is a Chnise company, the custumor laws from your own country and europe do not apply to them. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM AGM IT IS A SCAM!!!
AGM Mobil - Gerät schrott, Support grausam
Mein AGM Glory, welches als besonder robust beschrieben wurde, wies nach kürzester Zeit diverse technsiche Defekte auf (Mikrofone / Lautsprecher).
Die Kamera ist ohnehin nahezu unbrauchbar.
Lediglich der Support ist noch schlechter als die Qualität.
Der Support reagiert träge und stellt keine akzeptablen / realistischen Lösungsmöglichkeiten in Aussicht (Smartphone einsenden und mininmal 4 Wochen warten).

I have an AGM x3
I have an AGM x3, got a few years out of it, camera wasn't great nor was finding reception. The phone camera and few apps related to it had stopped working so I factory reset it, now won't read any Sim card and is losing connection to wifi so is totally unusable. AGM service are not replying to me at all so I will leave this review telling people to not buy from them because I won't be buying another as that is terrible service not service.
