Hall and Jay are awesome. The product they used is amazing.

Please don't buy.
I bought the new Lisa Oxenham edit after seeing the hype online.
They used Evri for their parcel carrier.
One week after Evri had confirmed they had picked up the parcel, with no update, I contacted Agora customer service. After all, parcels get lost all the time, and this parcel clearly was not delivered.

I also checked in with Agora via multiple social media platforms - on IG I was told customer service would get back to me, all other attempts have had no reply.

Unfortunately, it's now been 2 weeks since I ordered the box, (last delivery carrier update 11 days ago), and one week since I contacted Agora customer service with no response.

One week turnaround response from customer services isn't good enough, I was nervous about ordering from this company as it was new to me and I'd like to encourage you all to avoid them as they clearly don't care about their customer base.

If you do take a risk please please use a credit card - bank have advised me my only option now is to do a chargeback to get my money, which is a real shame as I was very excited about the product.

Amazing! No idea how this could possibly be so affordable but I’m so pleased. Delivery in two days.

Was a regular customer until I had 2 parcels stolen as Evri left outside my front door without knocking. Was asked to get a crime report number which I did. Was still refused refund and dismissed. To take it further you have to go to Civl Court which I truly don’t have time for. They can keep my £48 but am disappointed with their lack of care and the use of Evri which has to be the worst courier service ever.

Gal and Jai were very helpful and I really like the product. Super friendly and helpful!!!

Gal was my salesman in Las Vegas he was very kind and informative. I did see actual results and my husband saw the difference I flew into Vegas on 1 hour of sleep so my eyes were puffy. I bought the product!

Exceptional knowledge and customer service!!

Following all the below reviews I can confirm that I am one more person to be scammed and bullied by this company to pay money that I do not owe them. Never subscribed to anything and never signed up to any paid service. It is surprising they are allowed to continue to operate and scam and bully people.

I was in Vegas Mother's Day weekend, 2022, and got pulled in to try a product. Before u know it l am buying the product without directions on how to use. I just want to learn how to use it properly. It is expensive so l want to get my money's worth. I had it for 9 months now.

I have been a customer of Agora since just before Christmas 2021, and I seriously wish I’d found them earlier. The range of products and brands us truly mind boggling. - Everything I’ve received has been great quality and value for money, and I can’t recommend the products highly enough!
However, there are some unsung heroes which I think deserve to be applauded here, The Customer Services Team! I order a lot from Agora, and some of my orders have gone astray, this has been a fault with the the provider on both occasions, and the team has sorted these issues out for me and has kept me informed every step of the way. - I know that might seem obvious to some folk, but frankly in my experience it doesn’t always happen like that! So a big THANK YOU to the Agora Customer Services Team!👏👏👏

Had high expectations but paid £17.99 for acne masks and teeth whitening kit I don’t need neither of these , I was at least expecting some sort of makeup or skin care by seeing what other people had received , won’t be ordering or waisting my money again

I visited Skins 2/3 at MBS 3days ago for my facial treatment and I am still loving my skin, I am very satisfied with the sanctuary for beauty regimen that I was so happy to discover, My skin seems to have found a synergy with their infrared treatment together with the Agora anti ageing stem cell. My skin specialist Janeth took her time to explain the procedures and answered all my questions as I was very hesitant and doubtful at the beginning due to bad experiences with different spa/clinics in the past, I have different packages from spas and salons as I’m very much into self-care for my mental health, but I can only name a few that made me feel satisfied with the money I was paying for and this clinic is one of them. Janeth made me feel comfortable and patiently enlightened me with all my doubts and even gave me advice on proper ways of taking care of my skin, She was very friendly and the warm hospitality makes me wants to come back to be their regular customer. Customer service is definitely tiptop and they aim for excellence that they perfected in their areas of expertise. To anyone who’s looking for a place to have a relaxing ambiance without being pestered with hard selling and upselling, this is the place I can highly recommend for you to try and see it for yourself. My friends and my husband noticed that my face is glowing. Thank you Janeth and to the whole team at Skins 2/3.

Agora power mask is the best treatment super recommend

After a few sessions of my facial, it's improved tremendously. Michelle is my skin specialist and given me lots of advised. Therapy Belinda is proactive in sharing her knowledge and recommending the right facial product for me.

Love it, it’s really suits to my sensitive skin.
