Check in was easy, the rooms were nice, the bathroom was good sized. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan and the blow dryer a longer cord.
The staff was very friendly, kind and fun.
The breakfast and lunch buffets were very nice and the evening meals were delicious most evenings. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

The AHI Cruise Director and the 4 Travel Directors were great. The daily excursions were interesting and
well orchestrated. The Amadeus Queen ship was lovely with very nice cabins and common areas.
My one complaint about the cruise concerns the food onboard. I don’t know if the food contract comes under AHI’s purview, but wanted to say that the portions at lunch and dinner were very small. There was only one other entree choice (same one each night) if you didn’t like the two daily choices. The waitstaff was a bit hesitant when asked to swap out one item for another.
There was no hot water for the “all day” tea that was advertised. A carafe of hot water was put out in one of the lounge areas in the morning, but not replaced during the day.

The cruise made it very easy for our family to have an unforgettable journey together. From lodging and (very good!) meals to excursions to sites and onboard entertainment, everything was taken care of. The tour directors and Renoir staff and crew were unfailingly friendly and polite. And everything was superbly organized down to the last detail.

Great personal experience. Everything went seamlessly. The cruise directors were knowledgeable, organized, energetic, and friendly. AHI made sure you weee taken care of from the moment you arrived at the destination airport to when they dropped you off at the end of the cruise.

Our Seine River Cruise was great. The staff at AHI were wonderful and they covered every detail. Thank you Christine, Marc and Nancy! We hope to join you again!

AHI did a phenomenal job planning our trip to Ireland. The extras (Shepherd, Doolin Music, Irish literature presentation, and such) added something unexpected! We saw so much and were immersed in vistas and culture and ideas.

Croatia was an amazing adventure from start to finish. The MV Infinity was top notch, the staff were attentive and genuinely delightful, and the daily excursions were beautifully done.
The educational content was rich, and I appreciated that the pacing allowed for real downtime between busy days.

Ivanna, our tour guide, was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She made the trip.

The WashU Ambassador was wonderful in her role. Inclusive, caring, and great at bringing people together.

Hotel Esplanade in Zagreb exceeded my expectations and was a perfect way to end the trip.

One suggestion: less meat, more fresh fish. Given our coastal itinerary, that felt like a missed opportunity.

I will absolutely travel with AHI again and would recommend this program without hesitation. 💯

Travel staff does not think about options for travelers who have airline status and time limitations - try to put everyone on 1 airline for their convenience (my perception)

Although our trip worked out well, there was almost a major glitch with transportation. We paid extra for AHI to arrange our travel. Our car from the airport to the ship almost left us because the driver was on overtime. AHI had called us to tell us to take a taxi.

Our tour guide was outstanding! Accommodations were first rate on the ship and at the hotel. I really enjoyed the trip!

Everything was top-notch quality from beginning to end. Our tour director, Dragan, was very organized and worked tirelessly to ensure we had the best possible experience. Our local guides were knowledgeable and contributed greatly to the educational aspect which I valued. The group quickly jelled and became friends. Outstanding tour of Malta and Sicily. Will never forget!

Tour director, Paula De Mariscal paid attention to every detail. Responsive, even after hours to any request or concern. Very friendly. Felt like she was part of the very cohesive travel partners. Accommodations and meals were first rate. Tour guides very informative. Saw points interested and entry into sites I never would have seen traveling on my own. Interesting lectures. Appreciated friendliness and added information traveling with OSU professor. Elizabeth Tomassino. Appreciated smaller group, could get to know everyone. Beautiful coaches to ride. Fun boat tour of Arcachon Bay. Surprise ride up the Funicular in San Sebastion for an amazing view of La Concha Bay. All in all, an amazing trip. Worth every Euro.

Every one was very helpful. Events were on time. There was time to be on your own. Tours were informative.

Very well organized! I liked that we had a home-base hotel in Kalamata, from which we took day-trips over five days. Daily schedules were just right--full but not too full. Guides were well-informed, staff was lovely, fellow travelers friendly.

A well oiled machine when it comes to the details of international travel. AHI has attention to detail and hires travel directors that really have your comfort and satisfaction in mind. Our travel director Dragan Vrcelj was amazing! Almost too many activities were planned, but Dragan navigated everything like a pro.
Our travel coordinators were also pros, and the 24/7 hotline came in handy when we missed a connecting flight.
