It was a great experience, our travel directors were superb.

"Cruising the Vltava River and stopping at ports of call" was completely oversold! Spent more time in buses going to historic sites then cruising to them. Paid a little extra for the higher deck room but didn't expect to look at a stone wall 5 out of 6 nights ,docked at the same spot in Prague. The Imperial hotel fire alarm night was interesting. Nobody in the hotel knew what was going on and a fellow traveler passed on info stating it was a false alarm. For some reason I trusted him and walked back in. No doubt that the owner of the ship took advantage on the disaster drill to get some good PR and didn't care about us.

From the beginning to the end I felt everything was well organized and planned making the Andalusia trip one of the best my wife and I had. The staff from AHI were courteous and responsive to all our needs before the trip and the travel director during the whole trip was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly.

Meeting such wonderful people and our guide Ketti was so experienced and knowledgeable. Wonderful accommodations and an interesting itinerary. This is my fourth AHI trip and I hope to do many more.

Yes. Ingrid was an amazingly warm and helpful guide. She went above and beyond to help each individual in our group, meeting and coordinating everyone’s desires for their own trip experience or issues . I would travel with her anytime.

The itinerary was very good. The tour guide, Vangelis Papathymiopoulos was superb - very knowledgeable, engaging and highly competent. We had several people on the trip with mobility issues, and he facilitated complex logistics for these individuals very well. Two of these people had significant pain issues and he was very caring and helpful to them. These individuals should have better researched the trip in terms of expected activity level, and any negative reviews from them should be ignored. The hotel in Kalamata Greece was unacceptable - the noise level from the nearby outdoor bar (until 5 AM) and loud motor cycles and cars made it nearly impossible to sleep.

Our guide Diogo was great. Even through some changes due to the weather.

AHI made our trip to Andalusia so simple. Our travel planner and flight coordinator made booking a breeze. Our on-site travel director was professional, warm and engaging and our fellow like-minded travelers made for delightful experience.The parador and the meals were amazing.
Even when we experienced a return flight issue, there was staff available at midnight on Saturday to assist. Highly recommend AHI.

What a wonderful experience. AHI was very professional and thorough during the tour trip planning and preparation process. They helped coordinate flights if needed and personal drivers to pick us up from the airport and deliveer us to the starting hotel once we arrived on location. The travel director, Diogo Nigrita, was spectacular! He was so endearing, knowledgeable and well organized. He connected the group with only the most qualified local tour guides to provide us with the riches historical and modern information, as well as discovery of hidden gems and little known authentic local places at each stay for an immersion and extraordinary experience. Diogo was agile and like a machine, working endlessly to see to our needs, comforts and provide the most enjoyable and awe-inspiring experiences. His kindness, patience and sense of humor were a delight, as was his mischievous smile and positive moods which feed constant energy into the group. He gave us ample independent time, balanced with experience-saturated planned activities. Even the bus drivers and Range Rover drivers he'd prepared for us were professional, excellent drivers and never made you feel unsafe or insecure.

Well organized with Karine R. as our guide each day. She gave people with disabilities the opportunity to take elevators where available or remain with the bus. She did an excellent job and I’d welcome another tour with her.
RE: meal suggestion… don’t serve pork belly. Serve more fresh fish

Fionna and Joe, made the whole trip a dream! They were knowledgeable, entertaining and just great people to be around. The trip was also amazing.

Going to Apulia with AHI was a great experience. We stayed in a lovely small hotel, right on the Aegean Sea in the town of Polignano a Mare, a short distance from Bari, the capital of Apulia. From there, we went by bus to interesting and historic places - the trulli of Alberobello (my favourite), the baroque buildings of Lecce, the white settlement of Ostuni, and the rebirth of Matera were some of the treats. We had excellent guides, including Christina, our hardworking, competent and good humoured co-ordinator, good food and good company.
I have travelled with AHI on a number of occasions, and this did not disappoint!

We had a great week in Ireland. The hotels were lovely and were a nice mix of styles: small city, country with a view and downtown Dublin. The itinerary was varied and interesting. Probably the most important reason for an enjoyable time was Fiona, our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, a competent leader and a became a friend. I would highly recommend AHI.

Very well organized! The tour director and bus driver were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. Accommodations were first class. Excellent trip.

The AHI trip personnel were excellent. Our representative was Fionna and she was awesome throughout the trip to Ireland.
The majority of the activities were also excellent. I would recommend that AHI eliminate the boat to cruise through the beautiful Lakes of Killarney and replace it with a tour of the Ross Castle which would have been much more interesting.
Otherwise the remaining activities were excellent.
Also out Bus driver Joe was fantastic, his knowledge and stories of Irish history and politics was tremendous.

AHI provides superior service and has amazing attention to detail. They took care of everything, including small adjustments as needed. I felt very safe, secure, and free to enjoy the trip while they took care of the details. They have established relationships with guides in each location we visited, making for a fun and informative trip.

This was my husband and my first trip with AHI. From the very beginning we received such professional care/updates. Once we were on the Danube River trip, we had fabulous Travel Directors.
