We had some storm damage this spring. Hail and wind had shredded the eisenglass. Claim through completion was easy and resolved quickly.

My wife and I are retired, saw the 2.9% charge for automatic card payments, Wanted to save the $35, could've taken my wife out for lunch! But Oh No, called multiple times to use the "check option ", but nobody answered, left multiple voicemail, CRICKETS! C'mon I know you're better than that!

Valuation hassle
Better rates. Having to find bill of sale for boat value is a pain. The other 4 companies I priced with did not require this.
