Not receiving actual art piece, just certificate and ability to print

This company is a pleasure to do business with. They answered email the same day when I had a question. When I made a purchase, I again quickly got instructions on how to download my purchase.

The AI art itself is gorgeous!

Never before I bought a Picture in digital from a foreign contry. So I have had a lot of questions. I'm Not such a technic Freak.
Everything went so fine. They supported me in a short time and always very Kind and Patient. Thanks a lot.

I have just set up a shop with this company. From an Artist's point of view, it is easy to set up and I am very pleased with that. The art can be classified easily, so mine is in the Expressionist AI Art section. It's great to see many positive reviews, it helps me to know that my work is in the right place. The business model seems very good, as a very fair balance between the business, the customer and the artist. The customer gets a very good deal because the artwork is sold ONCE only, and they get a block chain validated certificate of authenticity; the artist has the benefit of being able to set their own price and display their work for free. The presentation of the work is good. I hope that people will want to collect my work, this platform makes it possible.

I love the artwork and would love to have some but I don’t have a printer to download them. I ordered a beautiful artwork but the customer service team contacted me to double check that I knew it was a digital order after I asked for a delivery safe place. I’m so grateful that they did because I did not know I had ordered it as a digital download. I must say that the customer service team are second to none. I explained my problem to them and had a refund in my bank account within 24 hours. I am recommending the company to all my friends and family as well as to all you who are reading this review. If I could give 10 stars I would.

A cosa serve questa azienda? A niente. Nessuno guarda le tue opere, durano in reel al massimo mezza giornata poi scompaiono. A cosa serve? Le uniche opere che vengono viste e vendute sono le loro. I creativi che postano le proprie opere a cosa servono? A fare traffico sul loro sito immagino. Esperienza demenziale, qualità zero!

AGGIORNAMENTO: mi hanno richiesto i soliti dati per confermare la mia esperienza: la loro risposta automatica è stata quella che leggete sotto: non si sono curati di controllare che io sia un content creator ma hanno dato per scontato che io sia un acquirente!!!!! Vergognosamente superficiali!!!!

Great selection of art pieces. I emailed a question prior to purchase and received a very quick response. Everything went smoothly - no problems.

They accommodated my needs for my gift for Christmas, I purchased the wrong size and they helped me out. It was good friendly customer service.

My experience with them is as an AI art creator. It was poor. They flood every category with their own pieces making it difficult for other art to get noticed, their work never gets pushed down the list while everybody else's does. The sort filters always put their work at the top even when they shouldn't eg price low to high still puts their more expensive art above cheaper art. Also they say they are curating content, this is subjective of course but take a look for yourself. Honestly I feel like they are just using AI art creators to drive social media traffic to their page so they alone can benefit from it. Not falling for it.
