I placed my order on March 31

I placed my order on March 31, 2023 for an in stock item.
I never received a confirmation email.
Payment is not even pending on my card.
I have emailed via the online contact form. I have emailed via the info email. I have emailed via the order email. I have call both the toll free and direct number and customer service just rings and rings and rings then clicks off.
On April 12, I did get a person, Karisa in the warehouse. My order is just sitting there unaddressed! She was very apologetic and assured me my order would be taken care of immediately.
Nothing...
Today, April 14, I left a message with the accounting extension. I would have thought they would have returned my call by now - but - nothing.
This is ODD. I have ordered 4 other light fixtures in the past and received a confirmation email and then the product quickly.
Since there clearly is something wrong wouldn't a manager or someone in upper management contact me?
Instead, all I get these emails for review.
So far, my customer rating is negative of zero!

Is Aiden Grey still in business?

We. ordered. 2 sconces and received an acknowledgement on January 31 ,2022 at 8:47pm.
The order acknowledgment is #SO0126403. it is now September 13,2022. we have called several times in the last month because it has been 9 months. Furthermore we have now sent 9 emails . This is so
unprofessional to not respond. Are you still in business? I called all three showrooms Atlanta, High Point and Dallas and told them about my experience

Zero Customer Service

I have called, and emailed several times for weeks and can't get anyone to return my calls or emails. I placed a rather large order and the fact that I can't reach anyone in this company is horrible. How do you not have customer service in this industry?

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not have any voicemails from you. We did check for an email and found the one email that you sent on 6/2/21 at 11:43pm as it went to spam. We apologize for this, as our system sometimes filters a little too well. Our system sent an automatic order acknowledgement on Tue 5/25/2021 8:37 PM CST. We did send a notice that your order was canceled, as the item you ordered was retired and there were no units left. We had our warehouse team double check to ensure there were none left before sending your notification. We have just resent it, so please check your "primary", "social", "promotions" and "spam" folders as these all exist in Gmail. There was no charge on your card, as we do not process until items ship. Again we apologize for any inconvenience and hope to better serve you in the future.

First time customer. Have not received any shipping information

This is the first time I have ordered from Aidan Gray. I ordered lighting ($1895) through their website on April 27, 9 days ago. I received a confirmation, but tracking information has not been provided. I called and left a VM and sent an email earlier this week, Monday I believe, with no response. I called the next day and spoke with John, who was very kind and offered to get in touch with someone so that perhaps I could get shipping information soon. I am absolutely bewildered as I've never waited this long to get shipping information when something is in stock. The confirmation states that the order will be processed immediately. My husband has a small company and I can assure you that communication is never like this. I expect more from Aidan Gray.

Thank you for reaching out. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days when in stock, as they have to be downloaded from our web system. Many times we are able to get the orders out sooner, but we are currently working with a smaller staff. We apologize for the delay, but you should find an email in your inbox with tracking. The service was excellent and though I have yet to receive the order I just want to put it out there that I’m happy with how it’s been handled so far. I’m excited and looking forward to seeing the item but with one question in mind.. since it is marked discontinued 2019 should there be a discount on the item?
