Excellent after care service
I ordered a, walking stick and on inspection I realised it had to be height adjusted. I pressed in the adiuster and it fell into the bottom half of the stick. Whenever I contacted the company to ask if I would return the stick or if a replacement adjuster could be sent. I was asked if I would like a refund or replacent. I opted for a replacement as the product is excellent. A new stick is being issued asap free of charge. Excellent service.

Hi, I am very sorry you have experienced an issue receiving your order. Evri collect a large number of parcels from us on a daily basis. These are only scanned when they reach the Evri depot. We have had, a handful of incidents recently where parcels have had no scans until the parcel is delivered. We have highlighted this issue and it is currently being investigated. I fully understand that this is very frustrating when you are expecting a parcel. Looking into you order, I can see my colleague has issued you a full refund. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I am SO happy with the Whirl wheelchair I bought from you! Apart from being great value, it’s very smooth to propel along by oneself, & is easy to turn in a small space..
It is equally good for the person having to fold it up into the car, and is lightweight! 👏👏👌👌Thank you!

Hi Mr Felce, I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue receiving your item. I have checked the order tracking and your parcel is now moving through the Evri system and will arrive very soon. Evri collect from us a large volume of parcels from us each day. Due to the large number, they are not scanned on collection. They are scanned when Evri start to process them through the depot. Occasionally, they get stuck or their system only updates when the parcels are out for delivery. Please let us know, if your item doesn't arrive and we will happily provide you with a full refund or replacement via a alternative courier.

Water proof swimming pantsI have an inflammatory skin condition
I have an inflammatory skin condition. So when I ordered waterproof pants which was highlighted for swimming. Assume nothing gets in or out. I paid £20 for product and £4.99 postage.
I bought the tightest size.
Unfortunately they gave no protection at all and floods of water got into pants aggravating my condition.
I do not recommend their clear waterproof pants. Only suitable for paddling in. If water can get in certainly any spoilage can get out
Heart broken. I just want to be able to swim
