UK law and england needs to kick out this company in UK because its scamming people please dont pay and go through this company ive had the worst experience ever ! i have claimed made on wednesday the 8th and yet i’ve called 6 times sent emails many time no response at all to my email and that staff didn’t help me at all AI actually so much better then these people why you answering the phone all the time when lie lie and not give my replacement phone when i have paidj £109 and i have paid £12 every single month for what ?! apple needs to hear me and take my comment and my formal complaints keep messing around with me and back and forth and said stuck in shippemtn says approved and thats all !! aboid avoid ombusman needs to get involved and shut this scum company asap !! AND give my replacement phone back asap !!!

Surkea palvelu. Minulta AIG irtisanoi vakuutus juuri ennen kuin minun olisi pitänyt sairashoivaplus vakuutuksesta saada korvaus. Edellinen hakemus koski varastettua skuuttia pihasta, syy miksi vakuutusyhtiö ei voinut korvata oli yksinkertainen; Skuutti kulkee yli 15km/h. Aha.. en olekaan vielä kuullut skuutista mis nopeus max 15km/h. Ts. He keksivät omia porsaanreikiä missä ei ole päätä eikä häntää! Olen todella pettynyt.. kysyttäessä KUKAAN ei tiennyt syytä sille että miksi skuutti ei saa kulkea enemmän kuin 15km/h? Ei käsittelijä ym. Hyvä puoli että vastaus tulee nopee mutta käsittämätöntä kun sähköskuutit / pyörät ovat tänä päivänä ehkä yleisimpiä asioita mitä porukalla varastetaan JOS OMISTAT SIIS SKUUTIN YM. JA HARKITSET KOTIVAKUUTUSTA ELLEI SE KULJE ALLE 15KM EI KANNATA OTTAA KOSKA RAHOJA ET TUU SAAMAAN. Luulis että maailman suurimalla vakuutusyhtiöllä on sen verran varaa että he pystyvät ilman kippaskonsteja maksaa asiaikkaille mutta palvelu on suoraan sanottuna paskaa ja korvaukset jää enemmän haaveeksi kuin todeksi!

I had to file a claim for a lost iPhone and it's been over a week already and it said it was approved a week ago but I still haven't got any shipping information they took my deductible and yet they have not updated me on anything I've been calling and calling and calling and they still say oh three to five days which they say every time and it's already been 3 to 5 days. Like I don't have a phone to use already and yet they do not care. I don't know if I'll ever get my phone shipped to me. So if you have applecare+ with loss and theft it isn't worth it because you never get the device you lost and filed a claim on.

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my insurance claim by company Aig. The pattern of delay, lack of communication, and apparent disregard for timely resolution has been both unacceptable and unprofessional.

From the outset, this claim has been subjected to repeated and unnecessary delays. Despite providing all requested documentation in a timely manner, I have experienced prolonged periods of silence, vague responses, and shifting explanations that suggest either a lack of internal coordination or an intentional effort to stall the process. Neither is acceptable from an organization of your size and reputation.

Insurance exists to provide financial protection and peace of mind during difficult circumstances. Instead, your handling of this claim has added unnecessary stress and financial uncertainty. The continued delay raises serious concerns about your claims management practices and whether they align with your obligations to policyholders.

Let me be clear: I expect prompt and decisive action to resolve this matter immediately. If this pattern of delay continues, I am fully prepared to escalate this complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities and pursue all available remedies.

I request a detailed update on the status of my claim, including a clear explanation for the delays to date and a firm timeline for resolution. Anything less will be considered further evidence of bad faith handling.

This situation should never have reached this point. I urge your company to correct course and handle this matter with the urgency and professionalism it requires.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. My uncle past over a year ago and we are still fighting with them to pay out the insurance policies. They originally said they had not received the paperwork, although I sent it in 3 times, my brother sent it twice and the funeral home sent it twice. I later received notice they were going to send it to unclaimed property because according to them they mailed a check and it was returned, the next representative I spoke to on the same day said they had not received the death certificate. So someone is lying. Either you don’t have the paperwork or you mailed a check and it was returned. This started January 2025 it is now February 2026 and still no payout. Each call is a lesson in futility as no one has answers and they want to transfer you back and forth and not one representative can give a straight answer.

The worst experience ever with a car rental claim of only $120 after buying it on Expedia for Avis. Expect a run around with no payout with silly excused. Repeatedly asking for the same documentation. Buy direct from the rental car agency to improve your security.

Will not use Travel Guard again for the following reasons. We have used Travel Guard many times in the past and always been pleased, however this time I felt it was a really bad rip off.

We booked a trip three months ago to leave from Los Angeles to Australia and back, on a cruise ship. The cruise was not leaving for eight months, February 2026.

Because of health circumstances beyond our Control we decided to cancel that trip and instead booked another trip for a cruise going from Miami to Norway and back, for May 2026, hoping that the health issue would clear up and we would be able to go at this later date.

When I called and spoke to a representative about transferring our insurance policy, which had cost $6000., to the new Cruise. They stated that they would not transfer any previous policy unless we were going to the same destination, Australia.

I believe we gave them plenty of time, the original Cruise doesn't leave for seven months, and only asked them to use that money to put on the new cruise.

They offered a $500 rebate. That is nothing compared to the 6000 we have spent.

I will not use them again and I'm very disappointed.

Nopealla selvittelyllä täys huijaus pulju. Laittoivat minulle laskun vaikken ole ikinä asioinut kokopaikassa ja en ole ainoa niin eiköhän tämä kerro jo aivan tarpeeksi kyseisestä paikasta.

Kotivakuutuksesta korvausta ei maksettu kun ei tarpeeksi todisteita vahinkosta ollut ..valokuva oli. lähinnä alkuperäistä ostokuittia,ei ollut liian vaikeaa valitukset ja muut prosessit en jaksanut taistella kyseessä kuitenkin vaan 500€ korvauksesta.Korvauksen ehkä voisi saada jos näkee hirveästi vaivaa siihen no minulla ei riittänyt energia tämmöseen.Varsinkin kun melko varmasti ei mitään saisi.

Korvaushakemus helppo tehdä. Palvelu puhelimessa asiallista, nopeaa, hyvää.
Korvaus tuli nopeasti ja se mitä luvattiin. Eli kaikenkaikkiaan hienoa toimintaa.

Todella nopeaa ja asiallista vakuutuskäsittelyä. Päätös tuli seuraavana päivänä, kun kaikki tositteet oli lähetetty. Täydet suositukset.

Mitään en ole hankkinut AIGlta enkä koko yrityksestä edes kuullut ja sain sieltä laskun.

Koitin laskun perään soitella niin ei kukaan vastaa.

Soittelevat kokoajan, en tiedä jostain laittomasti saanut puhelinnumeroni, puhelinnumeroni on salainen.

Täysin kohtuuton vakuutusyhtiö. Minulle sattui vahinko, josta hain korvausta. Yrittävät kaikkensa, että ei tarvitse korvata senttiäkään. Tulkitsee omia ehtoja heidän hyväkseen täysin, vaikka ehdot ovat tulkinnanvaraisia. Vien asian eteenpäin FINE:lle. Tällaiset yritykset on saatava kitkettyä markkinoilta.
