Fitted airbags and seatbelts to my 2022 mokka today very happy with the job a real nice guy very helpful highly recommend

Took a number of airbags and my dashboard for refinishing and fixing. The team were very up front and communicated very well. Performed the work - to a very high standard and kept me up to date. Went above and beyond to fix any unseen problems (every job has problems but it's how they address these that matters) and I can say that they are very conscientious.

reading the reviews on here it seems that most people only write them when they have an axe to grind and want to do harm, but for my part they were brilliant and I have NO hesitation in bringing more work to them in the future - the price was also excellent.

I took my car to get airbag fixed twice, first it was a small cost for a wiring issue. The next time they told me they’d replaced the full airbag. Initially I really thought they were good and left a positive review on their website. a few months later airbag light came on. I then realised they’d not given me a receipt for the work they had done. Nor do they seemingly keep any record of what they had done. What kind of garage refuses to check? They wanted to see my bank statement for proof they had done the work before looking at the fault again. Sadly I’d used an old credit card. One that I had since cleared and closed. I was t up to going to the banks to chase old statements.
I have now took the car to a reputable garage who told me that the airbag team I’m reviewing here didn’t replace the airbag but did an interim fix which never would’ve lasted and has put the safety of me and my kids at risk.
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!
I put a subsequent bad review on their site but only the original good one I left is there !

Do not use this company they are a bunch of crooks.
They will take your money do a crap job then tell you to go else where to fix the mistakes they have made.

This company is not what it says they are, they are not an airbag specialist!

They specialise in taking your money and walking away, not repairing or replacing airbags only putting in cheap resistors!

They charged me £2000 for my Tesla Model X, leaving my car incomplete halfway through the job!

They told me they would repair and fit my seatbelts and airbags but here is what I received:

1. Seatbelts not repaired - bypassed with resistors
2. Roof airbags and door airbags not repaired and capped off
3. Seat airbags not replaced or repaired and the seats not re-stitched
4. Damaged door cards left hanging off

Had the work been completed, my seatbelts or airbags wouldn't have deployed in an accident!

This company is offering cheap prices, but they aren't replacing seatbelts and airbags as they say they are, now the cheaper price makes sense!

I took my car to the Airbag Team who resolved the issues with the car, using real genuine parts.

Excellent service and communication from Erik and his team of technicians, great service and very knowledgeable in the airbag field, I am in the motor trade and will definitely use them again in the future

I drove my car to the main dealer and a few local garages to fix the long-lasting problem with the airbag many times, but was in vain. It not only wastes my time but also costs me a lot.

Until I met Vlad at the airbag service in Bolton, they just take one and a half hours to tackle the problem. It was fully sorted out.

I am writing here to express my sincere thanks to Vlad and their teammates. Their expertise, knowledge and professionalism on airbags would impress you. The price is fantastically reasonable. I would highly recommend them if you could have a problem with airbags or seat belts. Definitely an amazing experience.
