Although I didn’t end up using the annual subscription, I found Airbtics to be a useful tool.
The UI is clearly well thought through and there is a ton of data that I could use as an investor looking for potential units to buy.
The support from Jae and his team was top. Friendly, customer focused and (most importantly) catered to my personal requirements.

My experience was disappointing. I signed up for the plan and I can’t access anything I need unless I upgrade to a more expensive plan. When you subscribe, you expect to get a bit more than the bare minimum (which is free), but that’s not the case. The service is extremely limited, and they keep pushing you to upgrade to a more expensive plan all the time. I also didn’t feel confident in the data, because some estimates simply don’t make sense. I would like a refund, but I’ve been waiting for a response to the email I sent for a week now, and no one has contacted me yet.

I’ve been extremely impressed with Airbtics. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the data insights are clear, accurate, and genuinely useful. It takes the guesswork out of short-term rental investing and gives you real confidence in the numbers.
The market analysis, revenue projections, and occupancy data have helped me better understand performance and make more informed decisions. I especially appreciate how user-friendly the interface is — everything is laid out in a way that just makes sense.

It does not generate reports. It says it will take 5 minutes but it never completes it hours later.

If you invest in short-term rentals the Airbtics platform is a must. Having another source of data besides AirDNA as well as varied analytics has provided us with significantly more confidence and knowledge for our investment strategy.
