I love the artwork. BUT - 2 weeks after delivery, I received a $21.75 bill from FedEx for a Duty charge! Website says FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING right across the top of the home page! FALSE ADVERTISING! BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered in November for Christmas. Based on all information it should have arrived for Christmas….nope….should have arrived New Year’s…nope. Arrived yesterday January 8th. Before Christmas was told i should have ordered earlier. Then after Christmas I was then told the order needed to be remade. Poor communication.

I am absolutely delighted with my Gnat silhouette. I believe I saw an advert on Facebook but never imagined that the Folland Gnat would be available. My father was the Gnat chief test pilot, so this aircraft is part of my family history. I bought the 80 cm one which I have on the wall in my office. The quality of the product is excellent as is the attention to detail; to be honest, I’m very wary of buying from adverts on social media but Aircraft Vibes are 100% trustworthy. Eva from customer service was very helpful when I had to change the delivery address to a different country.

Finally got around to mounting the frames.
All 6 aircraft arrived undamaged and in good order.
Mounted on the wall, they look great.
Only negative issue was the B727. It doesn’t sit well on the wall. Needs another “support leg” ie nut/screw under the belly of the frame.

The airplane was absolutely beautiful! My husband (the pilot), was quite impressed with the accurate detail. Shipping was longer than expected (not the company’s fault), so order early. Thank you!

Eva was very helpful with the process. Our order arrived in perfect condition . It’s more beautiful than we could have imagined.
We have already made a second order.

The silhouette arrived and it is as described. Quality is excellent. Very pleased, my daughter loves her gift!! Customer service kept me informed of every step and arrival date.

If you wonder whether the product you will receive is as good as the pictures the answer is definitely "yes". I was concerned about possible damage during shipping but that didn't occur. The packaging was very good. I would certainly shop at Aircraftvibes again. Tracking while in transit was excellent. A1++

I don't know if I like it or not as I still have not received my order!

I paid for two day shipping and should have arrived on Dec 10th and still not received it on 28 Dec.

I have not received my order. It was a Christmas gift and supposed to be here Dec. 23rd

I ordered two airplane silhouettes for my grandkids for Christmas. I ordered them in November thinking that would be plenty of time to get them before Christmas. However I did not hear anything and after three weeks I emailed Aircraftvibes customer service and they gave me "this is the busy season and you should have ordered earlier". On 12/17 I received an email that my oder has been shipped...from Lithuania. Needless to say, it is December 28th, 11 days after they were shipped, and the last tracking report has the items at the Charles de Gaulle airport.

Be aware these items are made in a third world country and are likely to take well over a month to reach you.

My package arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. Price is good and the metal seems to be of good quality.

I’m sure I will probably love my helicopter if I could ever get it. It shipped on Dec. 18, but stayed 4 days in Belgium. Now….It is Dec. 27 and it has been in France for 4 days. The arrival date was supposed to be Dec. 24 for a Christmas present. So I have no ideal when I will ever receive it.
My thoughts are…I would change your shipping company as FedEx is obviously incompetent.

I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive! Am going to cancel my order if I don't get it by tomorrow.

Never again will I buy here. You’re asking for a review and I have not yet received it. You never explained that it was coming from so far and I expected it for Christmas. Today is 26 and I am still waiting. I asked for it to be delivered to the place where I would spend Christmas. I am leaving today and now it will be a problem to ship it back home. I have asked several times for information and not received one answer. Terrible customer service!!

Beware. Promises delivery by Christmas when ordered early Nov. they didn't begin production until Dec snd it is still not even close to delivery. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The company states it's all delivery problem. But I saw they never even started making it until December. They should've contacted me to ask if I still wanted it even though it won't get there at in time for Christmas. Don't put the blame on Fed ex when you didn't start delivery until Dec 17!!!'n.

I would be happy to rate my product if I had my product! I ordered my sculpture as a Christmas gift for my son on 11/25! It is now 12/26 and I have not yet received it. No Christmas gift! Fedex tracking states it's still in Belgium. I don't care how nice the sculpture turns out to be, I needed it to be here by Christmas and 4 weeks should have been enough time. If I had known this product was coming from Lithuania, I would not have ordered it in the first place!
