Airmed Scrubs Pty Ltd Avaliações

The new aspire range is soooo comfy and flattering best range armed have dropped to date and very tall girl friendly for standard size range

I purchased the flare scrub pants in a size extra large which I normally am. I couldn’t even pull it past my knees so I got an exchange for a 2XL and this sadly did not fit me. I went to exchange it again for a 4XL, but got rejected and given store credit this whole process took over two months. when I even purchased extra package insurance and free returns to discover that the free return policy was incorrect and had a limit which was not displayed in the information given. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

While Airmed Scrubs tempts healthcare professionals with sleek styling, appealing fit promises, and fast initial shipping, the post-purchase reality makes them an extremely risky investment. Despite pristine packaging and an attractive presentation, any need for a size adjustment or return turns a costly order into an administrative nightmare. Their reliance on aggressive, automated systems creates a severe barrier to actual customer support, leaving buyers stranded when basic logistics or order issues inevitably arise.

Behind the high-end designer price tag lies a complete lack of accountability. If an item is delayed, misplaced on their end, or phased out, Airmed places the financial burden squarely on the customer—threatening to discard paid inventory or demand additional shipping fees rather than offering standard resolutions. For nurses, doctors, and medical staff spending hundreds of dollars on daily workwear, the risk of lost funds and non-existent human support far outweighs the brand’s visual appeal. Save your hard-earned money and buy from medical apparel brands that back their products with genuine customer care.

Easy to navigate website, simple, straightforward ordering process, super speedy delivery. Item as described, well packaged. Would definitely order from Airmed again.

love the fit and range of colours, especially that they have a petite option for a short girl like me. the flare and the jogger are very flattering. Delivery although 'express' took like 5 business days to get to New Zealand which for $23 was a bit disappointing but i guess thats the couriers fault not airmed.

My scrubs were delivered with great speed. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and the return process was very easy and quick.

Parcel came very quickly

Fast delivery and great product. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, my fault, so I will return them in the next couple of days.

Really like the fit of these scrubs! Just wish there was a greater range of colours. Super quick delivery too!

I will not be buying from airmed scrubs again. They got my embroidery completely wrong, refused a refund. Wasted my money and they had horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Airmed scrubs are comfy and breathable!
Sizes can be alittle bit tricky though. Usually a small top fits me well, but a small scrub top is a bit wide on the shoulders but okay on the torso. For pants, Regular medium flare are just right.

I work in animal care, specifically dog grooming and daycare. The scrubs are perfect, quick drying, lightweight and good quality. Very very happy!!

I’m a very small and tiny person. I always struggle to find clothes that are small enough for me to wear. The size range is so amazing and I’m able to get cute scrubs and ones that fit me so good and aren’t to big at all!

Airmed scrubs are 💯 the most comfortable scrubs I’ve ever worn. They look amazing and I always get compliments when I wear them! I love the different shades of colours and prints to choose from.

Delivery was quick and the quality seems nice still. However I ordered the exact same size as my last 2 pairs of pants but they’re too small. Unfortunately I didn’t realise the sizing was wrong until after I had washed the pants. Rather disappointing that the sizing has changed.

I have found a brand that works for me! The fit is great. Material is so comfortable. I highly recommend them to all colleagues at my hospital. They are very affordable especially when there is a sale on. I am at the stage I can order now my size and length and it comes and it is perfect. I love the matching accessories! Airmed should do name tags in matching colours of the scrubs. I have 3 sets of amazing colours and I get complimented on them everytime I wear them at work with my matching hair scrunchie. On non-free scrub days I wear my navy pants and they are fantastic. I rave about them at work. I did have to do a return once and it was a very easy process. I will continue to order, wear & promote Airmed scubs for the remainder of my career! Delivery is also super fast and packaging is great.

Unfair, non-transparent and deceptive returns process.

Fast delivery..fit perfectly and very comfortable…I will be buying them again 😊

The scrubs i bought recently are not as good quality, fit or feelbthe same compared to the scrubs from 5yrs ago.

Arrived quickly, fits and feels great. Very happy.
